Worth that bit extra
Probably not the cheapest around, however, have been with Paws & Claws for a number of years now and they have been very good to deal with.
Well worth paying a bit extra for good customer service. Would recommend.

Claims
Always helpful when I’ve spoken to them and I’ve just had to put two separate claims in for my spaniel, Poppy, and they were received and paid within two weeks. Always had excellent service with both my dogs.
Customer service unhelpful

Tried to ring 3 times in the same day, was on hold for 20 mins each time. Rang off twice then eventually got through after waiting 30 mins.

Premiums doubled
On the plus side our claim has been paid pretty quickly but on the downside our premiums have now doubled from £52 monthly to £102 monthly. When I queried this I was told it’s because we made a claim. Unfortunately due to the age of our dog we are unable to go elsewhere so we have to pay whatever they ask or cancel and have no insurance what so ever.

I have only gave them 2 stars.
It should be less, but they have seemed to pull there fingers out.
For me having a cat and two dogs, when I needed them to help me with my dogs rear legs CRUCIATES
I was told I didn't read the small print on crucial ligaments so this cost me a lot of money.£5000 TO BE PRECISE
Now they have increased my renewal by nearly 50% which I think is really bad but I guess there all doing the same.
would I recommend probably not.
To many clauses. As pet owners this is what we pay for.

Doubled Policy Cost after 1 year due to small claim.
