Absolutely first class customer service. Having been let down badly by another online retailer when attempting to purchase a Danish Designs coat for my dog, I called Paws in Padstow and spoke to Mike regarding placing an order with them. Mike was exceptionally helpful and explained that whilst they didn't have the size I was looking for in stock they could order it and have the manufacturer send it. I placed the order and the item arrived within 2 days directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the item was too big (but will be fine when my dog has grown a little) so I made contact with Mike again, placed an order for the next size down and lo and behold! the second coat arrived, again within 2 working days of ordering. I can not recommend them highly enough and will definitely buy from them again in the future as it was such an easy and pleasant experience.

Paws in padstow have an excellent choices of food for my little dogs and the one big one ,I chose seven as it has everything they need and it's grain free ,my dogs love it and it's great food that's affordable, they also do a great variety of essential too ,they are also reliable as delivery is fast and on time ,I love paws in padstow thank you

I placed the order and it was just what I wanted for my Pooch. Service was very prompt. I was pleased I had confirmation every step of the way till parcel arrived. I have to travel to buy the food from a pet shop as no one sells the product it is so good now I save money on petrol and I shall continue to use the on line service and now I shall order for my cat . I purchased a Barbour collar which I couldn't find in stock in any other store in UK, in the size I needed. The transaction was quick and efficient. Shipping was great by Paws in Padstow, shipped the same day. It was a shame Hermes the courier were not quite so quick. The communication with the store over the courier matter was excellent and cannot be faulted. I would definately buy from here again, with maybe a suggestion of using a better courier service. Thanks
