I ordered a doggy advent calendar and a soft toy for our dog for Christmas. Sadly he passed away before I received them, on informing the owners of this I received the most beautiful e-mail. Although it made me sad, it also made me smile. What a lovely, caring thing to do.

Shipped at Amazon speed!
I found Paws in Padstow when it came up on Google as seemingly the only place I could get the Dicky Bag I was looking for in the size/colour I wanted. I have to say, I am so impressed with the service. They shipped my items at Amazon speed! I really wasn’t expecting them to show up that quickly. It’s a shame I don’t live anywhere near Padstow to visit the actual shop but at least I have the internet :)

Very Happy.
Placed a large order based on their story which is much similar to ours as a family. We are thriving in our new life and wanted to support someone who is doing the same.
