If I could give minus stars I would.

If I could give minus stars I would.
Ordered sofas back in August 2020. STILL HAVE NO SOFAS. Full a point almost paid. No one ever answers the phone and can’t leave a message because voicemail is full. Was PROMISED back in October when I paid the £80!!!!!!!! Delivery fee it’d be with us in the next few weeks. It’s now May 2021 and still nothing. Most recent contact was Friday gone saying the manager will be in touch today as it was supposed to be delivered last week with the courier etc etc no one ever calls weeks keep rolling by and meanwhile we as a family of 6 have no furniture as we sold our old sofas on their lies.
I will be reporting this as fraud and I will be making an official complaint and taking it further it’s a disgrace

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Got told my order was cancelled no mention of a refund of the money I’ve paid for it , then it was suppose to be a mistake and the sofa was getting built but they tried to change the colour and also the arms of the sofa so I said I didn’t want it as it wasn’t the one I choose , said they would be back intouch with me the next following day ..... still waiting , can’t get in touch by phone or email but if you ring the payment line they sharp pick the phone up but will tell you the can’t tell you anything and will pass the message on . It’s been over a month now and still they can’t take my call cause they are very busy and just leave a message ! Would never use again ! Causes nothing but stress

Mostly fab

The fitter didn’t come on the day they were supposed to but other fitters came the following day and were brilliant. They arrived when they said they would, they were polite, tidy and quick

Actually are like a legal scamming company total disgrace backborads of stairs were smashed the vynal is bubbled and looks like my 4 year old fitted it absoloute mad company n muppets if they think they will win with debt collectors

I would never advise anyone to use this…

I would never advise anyone to use this company, completely money oriented. We weren’t happy with the carpets the day they were fitted for several reasons. They didn’t look like the carpets we were given to choose from, the quality was poor and the fitters were unprofessional and caused damage in my house and to my property, for which I did complain about. We’ve had the carpets down 6 months and they look like they’ve been there 20 years even with regular cleaning, the quality of them is horrific. The underlay is a lot shorter than the carpets and is very noticeable between doors, the carpets have been cut too short at some points so you can actually see the underlay as well as the fact the fitters didn’t think I would notice that they measured my bedroom carpet too small and when I moved my bed I could see they had to improvise and use another piece of carpet, as opposed to using one fresh piece there is now two on the floor. This company is that poor that the man who came to measure my carpets actually quit due to not being able to cope with complaints everyday and actually advised me himself to warn others via trustpilot. Not to mention the extortionate prices. I am currently paying back £1800 for these carpets and I only have a small 2 bedroomed semi detached house. Who charges a small family £1800 for carpets?

I am appalled and disgusted how I've…

I am appalled and disgusted how I've been treat i ordered my sofa end of September 2020 to arrive as statesd in the paperwork December 2020 I was told it would take 3 to 6 weeks I still have the original paperwork I signed agreeing to this I decorated my home as I was going into hospital I thought least when I get out as I was in hospital 6 nights! I'll have my sofa incase also I couldn't get up stairs (I had a 5hr major operation)

Anyway I got told my sofa would arrive February 2021 I wasn't happy at all but got told by the company covid blah blah excuses I gave them the benefit of the doubt

Then February NO SOFA 🙈🤷🏻

ALSO the sofa is £2,400 I paid £1,100 in December I only needed to pay 10% but paid more, I asked for my money back they refused and said they couldn't as I could of went and got one elsewhere

Then my sofa came a few days ago finally and guess what it's the wrong way round

And you know what they have offered me as an apology £20 this is off a £2,400 sofa I paid £1,100 off by December to have in December I only needed to pay 10% but wanted to pay as quick as I could I just find it insulting and upsetting I've had no sofa for me and my children to sit on ive been poorly its the wrong way round wrong cushions missing cushions late in what I was told delivery wise

I am definitely taking this further now

Worst Company Ever!!!

Finally received my sofa which I ordered Back in October! ..however as you can see with my last review where pictures of the colour were promised, I never received them! Luckily colour is lovely, what the issue is now, is that I specifically asked for a left handed corner and have been sent a right, so far a week in and I cannot get through to anyone via phone, I have messaged on facebook and you just get a its being looked into message! No phone call or anything after all the issues they have had, I have told many people no use this company, and luckily managed to get a couple of people I know to cancel their appointments they had booked with you! Customer service is non existent. I will give a few more days and then contact my bank to block payments until resolved, maybe this will get you to act.

THEY WON'T SORT MY ISSUE!
I hate leaving negative reviews, but after they removed my partners because the account wasn't in his name, try it again!
Table and benches ordered in SEPTEMBER. Not delivered till January (where I had to take a different table because the REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS.
Got them and the Table went up fine, but the benches - both bench planks were cracked down the middle.
I sent photos and reported straight away. This was over a month ago, they sent an email back asking for more pictures, and the measuraments from the box. "the manufacturer needs more information". Which I provided. How do they not know these already?
Then an email back THE SAME AS BEFORE copy and pasted.
I know it's been a pandemic and everyone is stretched, but NO active telephone line, staff that call you occasionally and sound like they don't have the foggiest. They do not appear to care as it's going to be 6 months since I ordered and still it's not sorted.

Pay As You Go Furniture have acknowledged that your benches were faulty and want to rectify the matter as soon as possible. We understand that you are frustrated that the manufacturers requested more information in order to arrange the return. Unfortunately, there are strict processes in place to organise this as we need sufficient evidence that there are faults present.

We have now collected your benches and are in the process of getting new ones to you. Our Furniture Team are working hard to ensure you are fully satisfied with your product and hope the matter is resolved soon.

so where do I start I've been trying to…

so where do I start I've been trying to contact and leave messages for this company for weeks and weeks and noone has returned my call I paid over 100 for an item to be told after it will not be coming in stock til may
I was meant to have my refund and still have not got it and now noone is getting back to me! plz be very careful using the pay as you furniture which is pay as you carpets also!
update so today 24th Feb they have put my 25 pound deposit back in the bank but I'm expecting well over 100 due to the payments i have made like they stated in email ... so pay as u go carpets wheres my money??

update 1st March today so Wednesday a lady called me took my long card number sort code n account number told me within 3 days I'll have my full refund 4th day today still nothing!!!
this company is a scam and takes your money!!! I ain't happy at all and going to be taking this further and they just ignore you

Your deposit was paid via card at point of sale and this was refunded automatically through a different system. The rest of your refund was processed via BACs transfer, which is why we had to call you to obtain your details. Our Complaints Manager processed your refund as requested and has continued to keep you updated on our 3-5 working day timescales for it to reach your bank account.

As my last review being taken down due to what I can only think my name not on account (it is now) aswell as my girlfriends even though I pay bills I am writing this review again please avoid this company... we have kitchen lino with bubbles in it not seeled and cut to short..we have hall flooring on roll standing up behind fridge in kitchen 4 months .. landing carpet coming away from grippers total shambles......
