My mums had to experience a loss of money from these scammers as they’ve not paid out her refund absolutely disgusting and what a joke of customer service don’t expect to call them as you will be waiting a lifetime to get through and even having to pay ring them!
you should be ashamed of yourself
Please do not trust this company it seems they have scammed a lot of people over the past few weeks/months with their various companies!! I really hope the banks pay out to all the people that have been scammed and ripped off stay away from:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY UNDER A PRETENCE OF DIRECT DEBIT ITS NOT ITS A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR BANK FRAUD TEAM AND ORDER A NEW BANK CARD THATS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM, THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS , MY 60 YEAR OLD MOTHER HAS BEEN STUNG BY THEM . WE ARE TAKING ACTION , THE POLICE ARE FRAUD TEAM ARE GETTING INVOLVED

Would give 0 stars if it was an option...

I would never normally do this but feel i should warn people against this company.

I started paying for my flooring in February and only just received my flooring at the end of August.

The customer service is shockingly bad. Not only are the phone's impossible to get through on, but all messages (voice and text) are completely ignored.

I was informed by message that they no longer have any fitters working for them, and that I'd need to find my own. I replied to the message and was again ignored. I tried calling but again, couldn't get through.

After months of them ignoring me, i requested a refund. That message was ignored but they finally sent my flooring. By that time I'd already cancelled my direct debit and waited for them to contact me. Funnily enough, 2 days after my missed payment, they make contact, threatening me with enforcement officers. I only owe about £40 (which i will pay) but i am absolutely disgusted by this company and would not recommend anyone else to use them. It's supposed to offer a service to people, like myself who don't have much money, but i feel like I've been treated with absolute disrespect. I've never been late with my weekly payments, yet they threaten me with enforcement cos i cancelled my payment.

Absolute disgrace they are!!!!!

* flooring is supposed to be with the customer within 6 weeks

This company needs to be closed down I…

This company needs to be closed down I don’t know how they still allowed to operate. If you want rubbish quality over priced carpets…. use this company.
If you want incompetent managers who lie and talk down to you when you complain …. Then use this company
Actually feel bad for the girls who have to answer the phones to deal with all the complaints !
Your mad in the head if you use this company you’ll get ripped off trust me !!!!

Avoid like the plague…

If I could give this company no stars I would from day one of purchasing a bed went wrong from the very unhelpful delivery people from that’s where the problem started damaged metal connection parts photos emailed over with no reply what so ever. Then to the mattress that was extra cost supposed to be cool touch was more like touch all the slats underneath it was so thin and poor quality I had to buy a brand new matress a few days later for that reason 80% of the slats in the bed were broken and this is when I noticed the footboard was also all broke not only did it have bent metal parts (photos and video of my black bed were sent) eventually after many months of complaining they sent new slats and footboard well that’s what I would assume as that’s the video and photos I sent to my surprise I was sent a headboard to a silver bed yep I bought a black bed after months of complaining they sent not only the wrong part but completely different colour for there response we ordered what you asked for ??? So I refused delivery and could not have the slats so after nearly 6 months of complaining again they finally sent the slats and replacement footboard yep to yet again a completely different bed yes it was black but also to small photos videos all emailed over got told not our problem we have closed the complaint go to the Financial ombudsman and the phone was hung up. It gets better not only did I have to call email or use social media to literally get a reply I got told I’m harassing them and they blocked me on Facebook and Twitter this is a company that 95% of the time don’t answer the phone so I have no other way of contacting them unless I email which takes days for a reply at the end of the day I bought a broken poor quality bed which they refused to replace or send the correct parts to and I get accused of harassing them there is a difference between complaining and harassing clearly they don’t care or don’t know so there for no I would never recommend this company unless you want rude poor and disrespectful customer service never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience with a purchase!!!

Don't be fooled by the ad ...

Late last year I seen what I thought was a very appealing ad on facebook especially with my then financial circumstances. I answered the ad with a inbox and a very infrusiastic salesman arranged to come to my home address and showed me samples and measured my sons room. A payment was taken from my bank account via cardless payment of £40 which was agreed as a deposit that would be taken from quote, I was given a receipt and my quote was for £350 which would mean I would then owe £310. I unfortunately then became in unforseen financial hardship so I cancelled my direct debit and I was contacted by the Head office asking why my direct debit was cancelled so I explained my current circumstances which I felt was appropriate but it wasn't taken on board but instead they used as a weakness to threaten me that I still owed an outstanding balance even though I hadn't had my carpet laid. I felt obliged to reset my direct debit up but still head office wouldn't set a date for my carpet to be laid even after making several communication responses but getting no return communication back. Around mid May a manager contacted me after me making a complaint and said that if I paid my FINAL payment of £40 on 2nd June 2021 that my carpet would be laid on 4th June 2021; that promise was kept and my carpet was laid on the date specified and I paid the fitters £55 fee and they did do a very professional job. I cancelled my direct debit just after as I was made aware that I had made all my payments. I have since been inundated with several phoneecalls from a female representative from a area code starting in 0191 saying I still owed £20. This said female has made several verbal insinuations that I was to make a commitment to pay an outstanding balance of £20 but on checking my online banking I have actually paid a deposit of £40 plus 9 further payments of £40 which totals to £400 so I have actually paid £50 over my quote, when I put this to the female representative she put me on hold and when she came back on she stated she had my direct debit mandate infront of her and I had only made payments amounting to £320 so I still owe £20. I disputed this and said I was going to contact my bank in which I did via fraud team and they even confirmed that I had made £360 in direct debit payments plus the £40 deposit. My bank has advised me to go to citizens advice and trading standards to report this company; my bank are sending me paper copies of my bank statements so that I have solid proof in black and white as evidence; the said female representative made me feel intimidated and threatened that collections team would be coming to my home address for the outstanding balance of £20 plus £45 and a further £3.50 late fee which amounts to £68.50, I have replied with plz send them as they will get the same response as yourself and I will not be intimidated by anyone ... the call ended in all our calls are recorded!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THEIR FANCY ONELINERS OF BY NOW PAY WEEKLY ... ITS ALL A SCAM!

This is an email I've sent to pay as you go carpets, and as usual no reply.

Hi, I purchased a carpet from you in January this year, the carpet was fitted in my absence. When I returned home from work I found several major issues which I reported to you straight away, I sent a statement and supporting photos.
I was told that my complaint would be dealt with later that day or first thing the next morning by telephone (I have the emails saved and have attached them to this message) I did not receive this call, I made my weekly payment and telephoned you back asking why I had not been contacted, I was told by the operator that complaints team would be in touch within 24 hours, this also didn't happen, I then telephoned you back again asking the same question of why nobody had contacted me and was told the same thing again that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It was at this point that I verbally informed you that I wouldn't make any more payments until my issues were at least acknowledged. In the next 3 weeks I contacted you 7 times (I have call logs) and was told the same as before on every call.
I finally got a call from you the next week, not to resolve my issues but to ask why I hadn't made a payment.
You have now put a court order in place so I have no choice but to pay but I am left with a carpet of no value, just to remind you of my issues:
1. The carpet I ordered was hessian backed, you brought the cheaper foam backed

2. The carpet was too small so the unprofessional fitters decided to piece my carpet in 3 parts! And told my wife NOT TO VACUUM where it was pieced.

3. The door plates, one was missing, another had put dow by HAMMERING THE SCREWS IN

4.All the off cuts of carpet and underlay were left on the inside of the front door as the unprofessionals used the back door.

So wrong carpet, wrong size, messy and unprofessional cowboys. And i have to pay for it plus £65 extra to the court

Ripping people off!!!

Avoid these i have a feeling they are about to go bust!!
Carpet booked in for 2 months ago pulled all stair carpet up as advised
Fitters arrived with wrong size and a mix match of carpet!
Told they would ring me same day no one did
Messaged on Facebook as impossible to get through on phone and they must never listen to messages as you can't leave one every voicemail is full.
Given a new fit date on 14.07.21 between 8am and 8pm
No show
Tried to message again on Facebook and I was blocked!!!
Very professional of them.
I now have no stair carpet in a house with 3 kids.
Have contacted trading standards who have advised me to send a recorded letter for breach of contract requesting a refund within 14 days
Not expecting much from that but at least I will have took the correct action to take it further.
Have also reported them to the police for fraud
Avoid at all costs there's decent pay weekly carpet companies who do actually deliver the goods you've paid for.

I contacted the company to inform them…

I contacted the company to inform them due to covid 19 my landlord needed their property back, so I did not want to continue the order at that address. I have since moved however this had took 8 months longer due to covid19. I contacted the company 11 days ago to ask them can I restart my agreement at the new address as I had already started paying and I've been ignored. We shouldn't be penalised for covid19.

Absolute rubbish! Stay far away!

My previous review has disappeared, even thought this happened last year, I feel the need to re-write this review since they really disappointed me and reunited my Xmas plans of having a decent house. First of all I was advised to rip all carpets up and underlay ready which we did waited all day to be let down no one turned up or let us know they wasn’t coming tried to call on numerous occasions no answer. I had to cancel them completely since I no longer could trust anything they say. They kept all the money I had paid totalling to about £200 at that point. I didn't get my money back or a carpet for my bedroom. I had to pay a local supplier to come and do they job. Please stay away!

BOOKED AND PAID THROUGHOUT LOCKDOWN WAS PROMISED FITTING ON 7/7/21 between 8am and 8pm was advised the night before to rip all carpets up and underlay ready which we did waited all day to be let down no one turned up or let us know they wasn’t coming tried to call on numerous occasions no answer also left messages voicemails and emails and nothing absolutely disgusting would not recommend you to anyone complete scammers 🤮

They removed my original review because it wasnt a good one despite it being an accurate representation of my experience with the company.
Wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Took ages to get a fitting date. The girl who booked us in obviously forgot then in the evening of the fitting day rang up to say sorry the fitter didn't show up for work. When the carpets did arrive they are cheap and poorly fitted. Door grips keep coming up and causing trips and falls and trying to get hold of them to fix the problem is impossible unless you cancel the direct debit then they are quick to phone. Massively overpriced carpets that are badly fitted avoid at all costs

NASTY NASTY people

I originally gave this company 5 stars as I love my laminate flooring in my living room. Recently, they tried to take £34 out of my bank (which I didn't have in), 3 months after my final payment. I spoke with some awful guy who threatened me and told me that I must pay it now or they will take action as it is part of my contract (I can't see anywhere where it says that in my contract). I received an email saying that the account had ended and the guy said "Well, it has ended, but not finished (is that not the same thing?). I then offered £10 a month and he declined, and told me that that's not enough and asked why I was offering a small amount, I told him it was none of his business to which he replied "Yes, it is". I put the phone down on him and rang the company, a female answered and I told her what had happened and she said "Yes, I can see you have now set up £10 a month payment so you didn't need to ring". I asked if anything was going to be done about my complaint and she said "What complaint?" I'm guessing it's a family run business and they won't take complaints about relatives. Absolute joke.

No very happy with my vinyl flooring …

No very happy with my vinyl floor in kitchen ..i hadnt even finished paying for it and it all bubbled up ....to be fair the fitter did come out and tried to sort it by gluing parts of it down again but two week it was bubbled again and lifting .the fitter is due back out again today but im seriously considering to just take it all up and not bother with it ..lets see what happens today if he turns up

WHERE DO I BEGIN! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
I have never wrote a negative review about a company before, but as for this disgusting company (payasugocarpets) There are no words for what this company has put me through.
I can honestly say I got conned first by a so called sales man called Mark who pulled up in his 80 to 90 grand maybe more!! bran new audi (first red 🚩)
So after inviting the posioniness man into my home he took full advantage of me living on my own and being cared for by a carer. I told him before we began are consultation that I want my living room, hall and two tiny bedrooms all in the same carpet, and if you can not do that then it's pointless carrying the consultation on.
He told me it would be 1,300 for my living room and hall which is just outrageous as I live in a small flat.
But he said if I up my payment to 20 pound a week instead of 10 pound a week which I agreed to because he said the bedroom's will be a lot cheaper so once I'd paid 30% of my balance I could get the two little bedrooms done. He even measured the two bedrooms, and said youl have it all done within a month after you get ur living room and hall done. Then because after he messed up everything i.e my Id and proff of income as he took pitchers but they were all blurry so I had to resend it all again myself. I have now finally had enough of them and got a solicitor involed and I even have it all recorded as I have camera's all inside and outside my home for safety reasons. Soon as he got my first payment of 80 pound which he phoned up the office while still in my home I heard nothing for about 2,3 months after ringing and ringing and ringing the office, finally I got to speak to a member of staff and they said youl be booked in for about 3 weeks time for my living room and hall, by now I'd payed 3,4 payments of 80 pound with not even having any carpet put down yet! So I rang his phone number that he told me any problems I could ring up! But I was shocked to find out the min he got my first payment he must of rather changed or he blocked me and this wasent cause I was constantly phoning him. he done his dirty deed and he was out I was just another mug who he'd ripped off.
Then the most arrogant carpet fitters I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with said do you like it? I said no its so thin and doesn't look like the one I picked! And u have left all the old carpet grippers in and being partilly wheelchair bond my dad came over and took a look, they had cut the underlay to short so iv got big dips near everydoor and the carpet grippers came off within 4,5 days so my dad put proper ones down for me which cost me 32 pound.
So as months went by and I kept paying my 80 pound a month I then kept ringing about I have paid my 30% a long time ago and I got diffrent answers depending on who I spoke to...
So Lisa who is sort of a manger told me more lies that there is no fitters but when my dad checked trustpiolt they were fitting everyday so I phoned her and asked why she lied to me and then she said oh its the measurering people like Mark who are now not working... come on... so the last phone call I had with Lisa i told her I have one more 80 pound payment left and I dont want to pay it so yous close the account and I have no matching carpet in my bedrooms what I was promised so can you get a manger to ring me as I refuse to hand over my last payment so yous can close my account down and delete me from your books.. she even gave me her personal phone number and was saying don't worry it will be sorted.
Well the last 3 days they have phoned but there phoning from what they call the recovery department?? What?? And iv had threating voice mails,emails and messages saying a team of men are coming out to cut 80 pounds worth of carpet out of rather my hall or living room u pick but now it's going up
Now iv had another email saying they are now adding up daily late fees and I now owe them 175 pounds when it was one last payment of 80 which I wanted a date for my bedrooms and they can have it as its not me that's gone back on my word its yous! She has also stopped answering my phone calls! And sent the problem over to the recovery team ha! I swear I would rather cut the carpet up then give them one more penny.
They turned this into this not me, I have never missed a payment and Lisa who was very nice at first said you have been an impeccable costumer and youv done nothing wrong.
I spoke to the recovery team today but after speaking to my solicitor he has advised after listening to the recording of the actual deal with Mark at the beginning I am not allowed to speak to them no more. He is tookover and is taking them to court.
Please take my advice as I thought this would never happen to someone like me but it dosent matter who you are clever, smart not smart, intelligent, u name it they will scam u. Well they have had the last penny out of me and I want all my money back iv paid which is 1,220 pounds.

scammers i’ve paid about £180 to this company and i had a payment break and wanted to get back on track to get my item delivered as i can not have a refund even though i haven’t received any furniture i could understand them keeping the initial deposit of £30 but to keep your money like that is disgusting anyway i wanted to start payment again and they said they would set it all up and i’ve been waiting months for this and you can never get hold of anyone so i’ve basically been robbed of £180 for nothing it’s a joke never bother with them it’s not worth it !!!!!!! WARNING TO ALL !!!!!🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Keep trying illegally to set up direct…

Keep trying illegally to set up direct debits for flooring which was damaged cancelled them twice now and reported fraud got my money back from my bank and they said it was fraud for them to set it up ! Nothing but dossers AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!
