No communication. Considering reporting.
They seem to be quick to respond when it comes to taking money from you but anything else, even just a reply of acknowledgement on their Facebook page, is too much to ask.
Honestly very upset with this company's customer service so far. My deposit had been taken, my first months direct debit has been taken, and I can't even get a reply let alone a fitting date. Signed on with them on the 7th of July. They do not contact you with any updates whatsoever - if you want to know when your potential fitting date is, If they've gotten materials yet, If they've even seen your message, you are simply asking too much of their team. I am very close to going through my bank and reporting them for fraud if the situation doesn't change. Can't believe so many people are complaining about this exact thing on Trustpilot for years now and they still haven't gotten better at managing customer relations.
Why?
Truly want to believe the best of them and think maybe something has come up to keep them from replying for a month, but it's hard to stay positive when basic courtesy is lacking.
Will be happy to change review if the situation can be resolved amicably. Losing hope fast.

Company will take all of the money before fitting. Meaning you could easily by it cheaper elsewhere. If you want to wait two years use these cowboys

Took a deposit
Took a deposit, no info for a month. I rang and they said that my info hadnt came through due to a system error, they were sorry and someone would call tomorrow
No such call, another 2 weeks go by and theyve taken money from my bank on a dd.
Message on facebook and they said my stock would be scanned weds expect a call Thursday, again no call came.
Asked for a refund and the man said yes to my 20 pound dd, no to deposit. Ive said im going through my bank in that case and hes promised to prosecute for fraud.
They treat their costumers with utter contempt.

Terrible shabby service
We waited months for our flooring to be delivered and fitted, continuously being advised it had been delivered damaged or the fitter hadn't collected it on time. Eventually, it was fitted but to a terrible standard with inch-wide gaps between flooring and skirting boards. Complained to the fitter who advised he would be out the next day to rectify the issues but never showed, We complained to payg carpets who for 2 weeks and told us daily someone would be out to fix it, They never showed, Finally raised a complaint and sent photos of the shabby work to be told they hold no liability nobody would be out to fix it and the issue was with the fitter and they would not be doing anything, absolute disgrace, terrible customer services and frausters. We were advsied they are a finance company so will not deal with complaints after fitting.

If I could give this company no stars I would have.Absolutely shocking paid my deposit and they started taking direct bank payments but no carpet appeared on fitting date.The excuse was my carpet was damaged.The I stayed home for a second Saturday as promised carpet would definitely be fitted but no carpet again no phone call nothing. They tried getting me to wait another week for it to be fitted but i needed it done so said im having to cancel.They then refused to give my deposit back even though it was there fault apparently it states in the paper work even if we lie to you fill you full of s**t and let you down repeatedly you can't have a refund.Stay clear of this company there a joke

When since has payasyougocarpets stopped selling carpets that’s what they told my husband when he got on to them about ripping us off with a £220 carpet when we had payed £400 in total with the extra £20 they charged us on top of the £380. Please please avoid this company if you don’t want ripped of. This is a update on my last review I had wrote
avoid avoid avoid! Shoddy work they won’t fix
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Laid my flirting in kitchen. Fine at first but then started to have hive bubbles/waves in it. Started with 1now it’s all over looks awful! All of the edging is rubbish too. Contacted them which they at first ignored then eventually said they would send someone out to fix who never arrived despite 4 of us being home and 2 dogs, said they came but who knows? Eventually came out and “fixed it” it was still lumpy said it would take a while to settle. It hasn’t contacted them again which they ignored for months wasn’t until I got in touch with citizens advice and they advised me on a few things they eventually got back to me. They then blamed it on the fitter and said he no longer worked with them and that he was independent to them so they wouldn’t be fixing it and. Would have to take it up with him. Asked for some contact details they gave me a number which they admitted themselves was no longer in use and his name. THATS IT! Floor still ruined busy saving up to have it replaced.
Reporting to trading standards this is ridiculousn

Payed them over £400, due to losing my job I could not keep up with the payments, never even had what I ordered from them and they wouldn’t issue me a refund, definitely do not recommend, currently with pay weekly carpets and they are brilliant!
