The fitters were on time, called to give me a specific time on the day, remeasured to ensure there were going to be no problems before starting. Fitters were friendly and got on with the job, tidied up after themselves and the finished product was great. Carpets are lovely and soft and good quality. Would definitely use again. The team ensured they called me the next day to ensure I was happy or note any issues.

The two lads that came and fitted my carpet in my living room was absolutely brilliant and they spoke to me and my husband while they was working I am absolutely over the moon with what Craig said David did when they was laying down the carpet in the sitting room so they definitely deserve a nice bonus

Direct debit issues
At first, everything went great. Guy who came out & sorted carpet out was great, carpet cutting was great. It’s all gone down hill after! Got several emails stating direct debit had been changed and was being charged more than I owe. Sent several emails back with no response. Rang on numerous occasions and phone just rang & rang. Eventually lady phoned back to say finance would sort it out. Got email to say incorrect emails had gone out about cancelled direct debits. Thought everything was ok until this morning when they have taken another direct debit payment when they took it yesterday. Have requested this back from my bank. I’ve requested so many times for people to get in touch with me to no avail!!
So update, no phone call, text or email to say this is sorted still. Even though the response was I would get a call within 48hrs so should’ve been Friday 9th. I just want this sorted! It’s been over 2 weeks now
Another update, still no contact from anyone & I’ve called a couple of times and emailed, I eventually sent a message on Facebook messenger & lady rang me back and I have paid the remainder of my account so I can get it finished and not have to deal with this company again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service

Amazing service
Amazing service from initial contact to fitting of new flooring. The rep was on time nothing was too much trouble even to placing samples in different areas of the room to see what affect the natural light would have on the flooring. A date was agreed for fitting and the fitters arrived on time. They went above and beyond in service and cleaned as they went even hovered for me when finished. The whole experience was hassle free would highly recommend and I will be using them again in the near future.

Incredibly misleading
Clear and easy to work with. Only downside was that there was some confusion regarding fitting dates.
Edit:
Complaint raised with no update.
Initially, we had a single fitting for the flooring. The first went smoothly, although when quoted the initial fitting we were informed that we could not cover the entire downstairs area with laminate flooring at once.
Instead, we were advised to have the flooring installed in separate stages and assured that we would be able to get the same product.
For the second fitting, we were quoted for the same laminate flooring and told this was available. I proceeded to make both a deposit and an initial payment based on this assurance.
However, when the fitters arrived for the second fitting, we were informed that the laminate we had originally selected was no longer available as it was no longer produced and that a replacement had been provided instead. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we had already removed our previous flooring based on the guidance provided by your team.
As a result, we had no choice but to accept the mismatched flooring, which does not meet our expectations or match our existing decor. We have a child in the home and it would not be suitable to have a home without flooring.
This situation has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also left us with a product that we believe will negatively impact the resale value of our property in the future.
