Not the best
Not the best. Fitters messed me around with when they'd be coming. Said lunch time, then pushed it back twice. Didn't turn up til half 4. Woodwork chipped, carpet lumpy in places. Rubbish left everywhere. Won't use again. Will save instead and get better quality for a lot cheaper and fitting for half the price but it'll do the job for now.

Just moved into new house and never been with pay as you go carpets before but glad I did.
From apply to fitting been spot on.
Kept up to date with everything and always able to answer question.
John the man that's came out to measure and show sample was professional and polite.
I had laminate in hallway and small bedroom and the two fitters was very pleasant and polite done a great job.
Carpet fitting in big room polite and pleasant and carpet spot on.
All 3 fitters outstanding for carpet.
Sue spoke to was a lovely lady always polite and friendly.
Be using again for down stairs when finish paying these off.
Highly recommend

Carpet Fitter Brilliant!
Carpet laid today and couldn’t fault the fitters Kurt and Dale. Really good communication from them and were finished within the hour. They were great and made sure I was happy with the carpet before and laying it.

A man called Jason came out
A man called Jason came out, asked for deposit but seemed in a hurry to get his next 50 off the next victim, so was pressured into making a decision, failing to tell me it's non refundable, got quoted 1080 but found for same price as deposit a 12mm good quality laminate with underlay for the same price as deposit, win win situation, when the lady out the office rang, told me it states on the paperwork it's none refundable, the paperwork you receive after you've paid money, I wouldn't even give this company 1 star, avoid there's cheaper companies out there, do your homework before you allow these scam of a company through your door

Absolutely shocking behaviour
Absolutely shocking behaviour. The manager for the fitting department (if you want call it that) is absolutely useless. Got us to agree to patch for temporary measure. Rang for over week to try to resolve our issues with the floors (poor fitting around the fireplace, hole in the vinyl and bubbling). No communication at all from them. Even after multiple phone calls and promises from one person who is on the phone line. Im so disappointed in the company. Have contacted trading standards and cancelled the direct debit for flooring until this is resolved in correct manner per advice from citizens advice
*replied to comment from the company- you have no “worked closely” with us at all, it took us ringing every single day for two weeks and we are still waiting for it ot be sorted! You are worst company and we will not paying until this sorted. .
