Ordering glasses thru payne has been a great experience. The process is easy, they have multiple pay platforms such as amazonpay, Google pay and PayPal which for the forst order made me feel more comfortable as ive never ordered online glasses and was a bit unsure how it would go...
They have amazing prices for great quality items. I got 8 pair for just over $80! Amd they are just as great quality as my single $100 pair from the eye dr. I love the great deals so I can mix it up more and express myself! Also, they are from the US and I got mine in less than a week, packaged very nicely paying attention to detail.
Oh and i see just as well with these as i do my pair from the eye dr, ive tried a couple other online places now and the lenses arent correct from either place (thankfully i didnt order much from them as Payne has a wayyy better selection IMO), but Payne nailed it! Couldn't be happier!!

The quality is great . The fit is good . The prices are very good .

I love ordering from this website, it’s become my go-to for prescription glasses. The quality honestly surprised me the first time I ordered, the frames feel sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like you might expect at this price point. The lenses are always accurate to my prescription.

Another thing I really appreciate is the variety of styles. They have so many cute and trendy options that it’s hard to pick just one, which is why I usually end up buying two pairs each time I order. It’s nice being able to switch up my look without spending a ton.

I'm so pleased with my glasses and the amazing customer service. My original prescription wasn't correct so my representative asked for a photo with tools they sent to measure. After an adjustment they are perfect .. I will add I visited my eye doctor 2 times and the original was still incorrect, so that says a lot for the competency of Payne. It's was 1 time and perfect. If you can't see, what can you do? I love this company ..going forward will order here and not with the doctors office. Thank you again!!

Easy to order, great selection and prices.

Getting the prescription put in and answering all of the questions was very finicky, fussy, and complicated. I have uploaded the prescription so why the hell can't you just do it?

On a whim I decided to click a social media add for Payne Glasses and I am so glad I did! I found my dream pair in my favorite colors. The ordering process was so quick and easy. My glasses were delivered in less than a week and I absolutely love them! They fit great and the prescription is perfect! I thought these were going to be my spare pair but now these are my new favorites!! Highly recommend!!!

Never received my order, and the tracking information is very unclear and difficult to navigate. Sometimes it reads “in lab” for my order, following day will note “shipped.” Regardless, they should have arrived 5 days ago.
