The order would not process. It said one of the items was not available but it didn't say which. I had to change my order 4x, guessing what was unavailable. Very frustrating.

Great customer service.
I just received my second order of your Payne executive bifocal glasses with my custom 3.0 magnification with my distance prescription. Perfect. I no longer need to carry my reading glasses.
I always buy one pair of bifocals from my optometrist when I get my annual exam. However their lab stopped producing the executive style bifocals three years ago and the staff at the optometrist told me my old style was no longer made. I was satisfied with my glasses, but because of the small bifocal I would Carry a pair of reading glasses.

Couldn’t try the frames on virtually
Couldn’t try the frames on virtually. It took forever and several times to create an account and login. Very difficult to navigate, and too much duplication of needed information. Amazon is a cake walk to complete an order compared to your system. I hope the glasses are worth the aggravation.
