Customer Service Excellence
We ordered glasses which were reasonably priced, arrived quickly and are good quality. The customer service is where this company truly shines. My husbands glasses just didn't work for him. I emailed Payne and explained what was going on. In our dialog, I sent photos and a copy of the prescription. Matthew, the optical specialist determined that they had several problems, including the fact that I uploaded the wrong prescription information. He put in a new order for the glasses with the information he determined to be accurate and within 2 weeks, a new pair of glasses arrived, and they are wonderful. My husband said that for the first time in years he feels like he has glasses that work for his vision. We were provided a mailing label to return the bad glasses. Cost us not a single penny more than the original purchase. We will definitely be buying our glasses here in the future.

Hard to know where to begin
Hard to know where to begin. But I know where my experience ended...in tears.
I have been having issues with my eyes since my stroke 2 years ago. I've had several prescriptions and my glasses are quite complicated to build. But someone had recommended PAYNE so I gave it a try.
The glasses came quickly and when I put them on, I could not see out of them. I feared I had done something wrong with the order, so I contacted them. They were built exactly as I had submitted, but since they were so complicated, I had ordered the wrong type of lenses. Chantale worked with me for weeks to help me get more numbers from my neuro-ophthalmologist. I was ready to give up but Chantale was not. She kept trying to get what she needed to make the glasses I needed.
When I opened the box with my new glasses and put them on, I wasn't very hopeful. But they worked! I cried! I could finally see what I needed to see at work...for the first time in over 2 years.
I am a customer for life and am beyond grateful for their dedication and service! Thank you all!

Sorry for the frustration here — you’re absolutely right to call this out.
The fun pastel color options are part of our Clr2Drk light-adaptive lenses and are currently only available with certain thinner lens options, which can make them a bit harder to find than they should be. We completely understand how that would be frustrating.
We’re actively working on updates to make these options easier to locate as you move through the selection process.

I thought my order did NOT go though. That was the last straw - i thought fine, im glad it didnt. The hell with this place.
