Poor customer service
Poor customer service. No delivery date provided, no tracking details provided and when I emailed customer support to ask where my package was, I received no reply
Poor customer service and late delivery
After receiving the pair of spikes, I realised it doesn’t fit me. I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size.. it was so difficult, stressful and time consuming… after 3 weeks, I am still waiting..
Wish I’d have read the reviews beforehand!
I wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Almost two weeks from ordering Junior cricket spikes, nothing has arrived, no tracking information and nothing heard from the company. No response from my message submitted on the website, email or social media messages despite continuing to post adverts for their shoes. Terrible customer service. I’m stuck hoping some shoes arrive or someone contacts me to sort this out!
I would not take the gamble ordering from this company.
Excellent shoes but poor delivery experience this time
My kids have really liked their previous PAYNTR cricket spikes for quality and design. I ordered new spikes on 8th June with delivery due 13th to 17th June. Enquired on 18th and said they had been posted with delivery expected 19th or 20th. Finally received on 21st. Still no tracking information available in the Shop app. They were needed urgently because of upcoming games and growing feet so not impressed relative to other online shopping experiences.
Terrible customer service
This should be no stars. I ordered a pair of boots on the 3/6 and was advised they would be received by 11/6 latest. They still haven’t arrived 14 days after ordering and I have not received a reply to 2 chasing emails.
Have not received parcel!!
PAYNTR Shoes
Firstly, the communication is extremely poor. Secondly, the tracking is almost impossible with “shop app”! Finally the delivery is non-existent. I have been waiting for over a week to get my pair of shoes. I ordered them and I was informed after writing over 3 times, the problem with the logistics team but it will be delivered on Fri the 14/6 or Sat 15/6. We’ll both days have passed and I am still waiting for my shoes
Poor communication, 10 working day dispatch.
Item was not dispatched until 10 working days (12 total) after purchase. Even when the website states it takes 2-4 working days for dispatch. Payntr do not reply to the only POC on their website info@ payntr.com. Over 5 working days they responded once saying they would check with logistics as to where the item was. No further correspondence was received or any emails acknowledged to say that the item would be dispatched. Very disappointing.
Items didnt arrive
Payntr trainers and spikes fall short.
Although payment, postage and the like were good, I have to say the quality of these new trainers and spikes was poor. The size was far too small, more like a narrow size 10 (supposed to be a size 13). The upper was hard, unyielding and felt cheap, not pliable like the other Payntr cricket footwear bought last season. These new trainers and spikes, being advertised as a new design have very little regard to quality. They look the part, but seriously fall short.
2 pairs of spikes ordered

Excellent response to refund enquiry
AR Cricket shoes. Fell apart within 10 games
I bought a pair of their AR Cricket shoes brand new last season. They lasted 10 games and fell apart. I got a full refund as didn’t buy them directly through Payntr but I would not use them again. Shoes of this price should not be this badly made.
I was really annoyed that having made…
I was really annoyed that having made and PAID for my purchase I immediately went on to a mailing list and received an email saying I could get 20% off for Easter. Too late! Why didn’t it offer me a discount at checkout?

My order was sent to the wrong address and on contacting PAYNTR, I received said order within 2 days. As for the gear. Not used yet, it's England, it's too wet
