Payssion is the best payment processing company when it comes to Local payments we have seen a good amount of increase in our sales by using their local payment methods for Asian customers which is amazing we've been using them for the last 2 years without a single issue & the customer support is one email away with very fast response time, overall this is the best way to increase your sales with local payment methods
I’ve been working with Payssion as a merchant for over a year. Payssion provides good all-in-one alternate payment options. My website works worldwide, and ~15% of my customers prefer alternate methods provided by Payssion.
Pros:
1. Dozens of payment methods around the world.
2. Easy integration.
3. Good support service, and even a personal manager.
Cons:
1. Payssion doesn’t provide receipts. Some of my corporate customers do need receipts to reimburse their expenses.
2. While charging customers in their local currency, there is a pretty high exchange rate up to 5% to be withdrawn in USD/EUR.
3. There is a fixed $20 fee to withdraw funds, no matter which payment option you set.
Overall, I am really happy with Payssion. There are many customers who prefer alternate methods to pay their invoices. For example, Indian users prefer UPI/Paytm to credit cards for online payments.

I think this is the most useless and incompetent customer service I have ever experienced. I think they just interview you rather than helping and give solutions with your inquiries. Not helpful and just a time wasters! Absolutely NOT recommended. Charge is very high and not reasonable specially if are doing a big business. Not worth of your time and money. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Our experience working with Payssion is mostly very positive. They provide a very diversified set of payment gateways that we need. We did come across some issues along the way but the support team is very responsive.

Payssion is one of the best payment processors if you are a small or medium size business. They offer plenty of payment methods and plugins/addons and libaries for projects.
PROS:
Easy onboarding and integration.
Personal Account Manager.
Hundreds of payment method.
CONS:
Higher fees then competitors.
Bank payouts are subject to a 20$€£ fee.
You need to wait +15 days before they even process your payout request.

since 2018 i am start using payssion no have problem
easy use and fast customer service reply my email.
Have been using them for years to accept payments from Asian countries. Great support with quick responses, both on technical and business side.
Payouts quick and without problems.
I advise everyone not to deal with this fraudulent bank. I emailed them more than 4 times with many recalls and no one responded. I waited over a week to get an answer but nothing happened. If you want to throw your money and burn your nerves, you are in the right place.
Important note! You will find all the scam sites deal with this bank (like Z2U) because they all agree on the fraud plan.

AVOID THEM. SCAM. They took 350USD from my client and never reflected the payment to my account nor refunded the payment to my client. It's more than a week they make excuses!

The withdrawal fee is 20 USD which is nominal. The withdrawal time is 15 days which should be reduced to 3-4 days.

Edit: it wasn’t Payssion’s fault, it was their brazilian partner d-Local’s fault. The issue was resolved with the help of both theircustomer supports that answered to my e-mails quickly.
