We are using Payssion as our payment…

We are using Payssion as our payment processor for long time. We always received prompt answers on any case. Payssion available payment methods help us gain new markets and reach new cusomers. Payssion as well have one of lower fees for payment processing, which helps us to get lower pricing on our products.

I pay 100 NZD to get diamonds in Bigo…

I pay 100 NZD to get diamonds in Bigo and I didn't get it the same day I was about to support one of the colleagues unfortunately they lost because of this hassle. Not sure how they work on these but they need to be on the top of the game. I prefer getting a refund now.

Hell lot of charges

Hell lot of charges. Whenever i withdraw they charge me whopping $40 to $50 each time. They say $20 but till it reaches my bank i get $40-$50 less each time.

Only advantage they have is they accept bitcoin otherwise avoid at all costs.

Your payout was sent by SWIFT transfer, and there is sending transfer fee and intermediary bank fees for SWIFT transfer. Our fee of $20 is is only sending transfer fee. You can check with your bank and ask for the swift message they received about this payment, and you can find out intermediary bank fees.

I did not start yet, so I ran into bad support. They do not answer my first and only question, what are your prices and transaction fees?
If it is a question that they do not answer, and they do not attach any importance to responding to the messages of new users, what will be the case if I follow up with them and integrate their portal with a store in the future, and face a problem in the future, I will not find a solution and with the bad support that does not answer what to do then I will lose my store and my transactions The shoppers will travel from my store.
Please take the response to customers into account, as long as the support does not answer how do we trust you and deal with you, by God you should improve the support program and answer our questions
But despite that there is no life for whom I call

We are happy with payssion

We use payssion for a lot of alternative payment methods all over the world. And i have to say it is one of the best options we have experienced till now. The integration is easy. And the contact with our account manager is good. Overall a very good service.

Great Payment Gateway

Great Payment gateway! Using Payssion for several years now. Customers on my website from around the world can make payment with their preferred local payment type. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews here by buyers. Payssion does not sell anything, they just provide a payment gateway service. Give bad reviews to the seller you bought from but not the Payment Gateway.

Perfect payment provider

I am very happy with Payssion. The payment method is very easy to integrate and also very user-friendly. In addition, the support is available at all times, really competent and very helpful. Compared to other payment providers, this one is really TOP! I'm really happy to use Payssion, keep it up!

Same problem as everyone else that has…

Same problem as everyone else that has problems here. Take the money, no refund, no diamonds. Tell me to wait, no reply and dont say its because it was under review because that doesn't take 3 days to just be seen and confirmed. It's 2020 and these mistakes still happen.

Excellent payment provider

Excellent payment provider. We have been using them for about a year and they've allowed us to integrate with hundreds of local payment methods across countries around the world.
Highly recommended and their BDM Nana Li has been great to work with.

We have had an excellent experience…

We have had an excellent experience with Payssion over the past months. The onboarding was straight forward and handled very fast by our account manager Feifei.

Most important, we have seen a noticeable difference that we are no longer losing clients that do not have traditional credit cards or that are based in countries were other online payments are the preferred payment method.

We are now switching over some of our other eCommerce sites also to Payssion as it definitely increases your bottom line.

Payssion Service has been amazing and Awesome, customer support on Skype is top notch, email response is less than 1hour and the team is well knowledgeable. Over 6months I have no complain or regrets using Payssion service.

I made 2 recharges to bigo both for…

I made 2 recharges to bigo both for $100 on same day 19th May 6.17pm and 4.10pm. It's alot of money to lose and although communication started good with Payssion and evidence sent, them communication stopped. Not happy that even with 3 forms of evidence of payment money has not come back. dissappointment is an understatement.
