Great service
I chose PCBuyIT on price alone, but after experiencing their excellent customer care as my first monitor arrived damaged, PCBuyIT arranged a rapid collection and the new one arrived the next day in all less than a week of the initial order. I would definitely use them again.
So for me it was five stars for price, communication and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately my order was stolen en-route at the couriers depot. PCBuyIT were marvellous, immediately replying to my chat, phoning the delivery company, and dispatching a replacement for delivery before 10am next day.
