Great cabinet, well worth the money compared with other manufacturers.
The cabinet is excellent, well made, easy to install and all functions are really easy to use and work well.
My only issue is that it offered a 10 year guarantee which despite being told by Customer service that I would receive confirmation I am still waiting!

Great quality and price
Bought a bathroom cabinet/mirror as an almost exact replacement to an an expensive one that went wrong after 6 years.
It was very similar to my previous one at less than half the cost. Great quality for the price and it seems very comparable to my previous expensive one.
The mirror was well packed, so despite the outer box being damaged, there was no chance of it getting damaged with the amount of packing.
I would definately recommend them, I guess time will tell how long the mirror lasts

Black Friday bargain.
Bought the vista LED mirror on a Black Friday offer. It was very well packed and protected. It should have been next day delivery but, sadly, Parcel Force did not fulfil their obligation and delivered it the following day.

I bought a mirror which had next day…
I bought a mirror which had next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. Which I did. The reason was a bathroom renovation and we had visitors, so wanted it finished before they arrived. It turned up after the weekend. Seven days after the order! If you offer next day delivery, then stand by it. As for the product, if I’d paid the full price (ordered on a Black Friday deal) it would have not been worth it. The price still gave next day delivery, which shows its cost. Disappointing.

Ordered a new illuminated bathroom mirror for my wife from Pebble Grey, noting the free next day delivery was a persuasive benefit.
The order confirmation arrived straight away and tracking details with DX Express were issued inline with my expectations.
However, the tracking information simply reads out for delivery, and when the day passes it automatically updates to the next day for a forecast. Clearly it is all automated!!
When trying to speak to DX Express, who are apparently a specialist company selected by Pebble Grey, the simple response was you'll get another email when the item is scanned and sent for dispatch. Again, clearly the tracking is automated and the two companies do not care who they lie to.
Extremely disappointing so far!!
