Found the Castelli Jersey I wanted at a great price on the Pedal and Co. website and ordered just before 3pm and it arrived the next day within the 1 hour window given. Will use again for sure!!! :)

I ordered Castelli Bib Shorts and some socks. The bibs didn't fit, so I returned for a different size. Unfortunately, the new size wasn't available, but a refund was processed promptly and without question.

I have ordered twice now . Delivery is fast and the items are great quality . Will buy more from this company

I ordered a jersey which was too small. Sent it back & ordered another Jersey. Within two days I had received my New Jersey & my refund. Will definitely shop with Pedal & Co again :) great products & great prices

This was the first time I have used Pedal and Co and I shall definitely be returning. The service was excellent with a really fast turn around between order and delivery. The product description was accurate and the product itself was of high quality. Would highly recommend.

I've used this company three times now, and the experience has been really good, had a few sizing issues on the second order (my odd size is the issue:-) and goods were exchanged with no issues. consequently just bought more stuff and I suspect will continue to do so. Keep up the good work people!

A few days after ordering, I still hadn't received my arm warmers so I phoned up customer services. The person immediately recognised my name and most apologetically told me that they had sent an email informing me that the product was missing from the warehouse and now had been removed from the website. Unfortunately the email had landed in my spam. Refund was made straight away and a discount voucher for my next purchase. Disappointed not to receive what I had ordered but couldn't fault customer service.
