I ordered a Castelli Jersey not available elsewhere, and changed my mind on the colour overnight. The guy who answered to phone next morning was v helpful, found the order straight away and was most obliging. Jersey came next day. Great customer experience

I ordered a pair of shoes listed as available on the website. I received an apology that the shoes were not in stock contrary what the web page indicated. I was offered a complete refund and a pair of socks for free for the inconvenience.

I had spotted a beautiful Capo jersey but was unsure about the sizing so, for the first time ever, I phoned an online retailer for advice. What a brilliant idea. I spoke to David who listened to my questions, fully understood my concerns, went off and measured the jersey and also advised that a gilet might be a good idea - I wanted to keep warm. I ordered both items and received them in time for the weekend. Unfortunately the jersey was just a bit too snug but the gilet (Nalini) was fab. I was so grateful for it on my cold and blustery ride.
Pedal and Co was a new company to me but their customer service, product range and pricing means I will always check them out when looking for new kit.

I purchased a Castelli Fortuna jersey (cheapest I could find on the internet)from Pedal&Co for the first time and I would definitely buy from them again. I selected next day delivery to a business address on a Saturday by mistake. Pedal&Co called me and made me aware of what I had done and what options they could do for me. I really appreciate a company going that bit further for a customer, it really shows they care and I have been recommending them to all my cyclist friends. Buy from them! You won't regret it!!!
