Shop brilliant courier crap
Order process was spot on but the couriers were awful. Bike was upside down in van (they ignored the arrows). When I pointed this out to him he flipped the box which was already dented. Resulted in bent rear hanger which I had to source from a local bike shop as needed the bike asap.

Great deal, great service!
I recently bought a Trek Madone from PedalOn after a friend recommended them, and I couldn't be happier. The team were friendly, professional, and super quick to respond to my emails. They also price matched the bike with no fuss at all. Great service from start to finish – I’d definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great sales Team.
Saw bike I liked and looked for it elsewhere. Price at other retailer was lower. As I had previously purchased bike from Pedalon I asked if they would price match. They did so I ordered from them as previous experience with company was good. Sales person was very good and bike was delivered when stated.

Great customer service
Great customer service Highly recommend. Emailed them with an issue with my free hub. Very quick and responsive in replying. Dropped the wheel off to them and within couple hours the issue was fixed and tested.

Great customer service
Great customer service! I had a few issues with my payment not going through (an issue with my bank, not Pedal On) and the sales team sorted everything really quickly. My new bike arrived promptly and was ready to go, I just had to adjust the handlebars. Everything was really well packaged. The podium points system is a great added extra and very generous. I would absolutely recommend.

What a wonderful bunch of people
What a wonderful bunch of people. Served today by Jenson who spent about 2 1/2 hours making sure everything was perfect for me. Very knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I felt listened to and that I was in good hands. I traveled nearly 3 hours to get there and it was worth it.
