The whole experience of dealing with Pedal On has been great. Pre sales advice to select the right model and size to suit me, setting up the chosen bike to fit me . Then post sales help and advice for my first multi day bike trekking holiday (what spares to take?) … no need as the bike performed faultlessly for a 900km circuit of Sardinia! Dropped my Sons Giant race bike in with a fault with its di2. Scott took it straight in, and processed a warranty claim on a faulty battery within 48hrs! No dramas, just good old fashioned, professional service.

WOW WOW WOW what great service, I have watched from afar at the amazing service that my son has received since buying his first bike 10 weeks ago. They were fabulous during the sale and made sure he had the right bike and they have supported him right through to his first challenge. I had direct experience of their caring and kind service last weekend when I had to make a mad dash to get batteries, they could not have been more helpful and friendly and removed all the stress from the situation. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with this company and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought and collected a Revolt form the guys at Pedalon last weekend. The service I received was first class. I was looked after by Chris who was so helpful and gave me information on gravel riding that is really helpful to me being a total novice in the world of gravel riding.
Also the coffee I had when I got there was just what I needed after a long drive down. At no point did I feel rushed or out of my depth.

Ordered part for bike, delivered early next day. Excellent service.

I ordered a bike from Pedal On, which arrived 7 days later. The Podium Points scheme is generous and allowed me to get 15% of the value of the bike in any accessories of my choosing for free. They reached out whenever the seat couldn't quite be lowered to my specified height, and asked if that was okay or if I wanted a spacer to be ordered to lower it further, which would have taken a few days to arrive. I chose to leave it as-is.

Setting up the bike was fairly straightforward, but the rear derailleur looked like it might have been misaligned or bent, so I took it to my local bike shop who said that it had been damaged in transit, replaced it, and advised me to warranty it with Pedal On. Pedal On and Trek ordinarily require the damaged part back to honour a return, exchange or warranty claim, but my local bike shop had disposed of it, believing that an invoice for the repair would be sufficient. Pedal On reached out to Trek who thankfully agreed to refund the cost of the derailleur without the original piece back.
