The bike arrived with the bars ripped through the cardboard, the bar tape on the side sticking out was unravelled and the bar end was missing from that side. Its not nice when your spending just under two grand. I really dont have time to complain and mess around sending it back so I will have to replace out of my own pocket. I dont blame Pedal On I blame the courier they use, he also chucked it into my hallway and couldn't leave quick enough. Otherwise would have given Pedal On a higher rating but they are also responsible for who they choose as courier.

Ordered via web. replies to emails where quick. Order trasnsaction was easy. Additional items where also sourced and fitted when delivered. Delivery was fast and even set saddle height. Very impressed with bike and will continue to use shop. excellent service.

Bought a bike, pedals and shoes from Pedal On which I collected from their shop and was hugely impressed with their professionalism and patience. They customised the bike setup, fitted the pedals and cleats to the shoes and demonstrated excellent product knowledge with friendly service from all the staff. The shop has a large selection of bikes and accessories and I can recommend it to anyone who is interested in cycling at any level.

I went in with a bike in mind but after talking to Scott about what I was after in a bike, he suggested a different bike and I'm glad he did, the trance x was just what I was looking for as I had focused to much on battery size. this is why a good lbs with staff who are knowledgeable and ride themselves are invaluable, I would have been happy with my choice but I'm over the moon with what I bought and a very good and thorough fitting and talk through.
