I am happy with the experience I have received from Pennyfarthing homes. The communication from the sales office has been excellent and I am particularly happy with the overall finish of the property. Also the aftercare from Malcolm and Raf has been good. All initial snags have been attended to and completed to my satisfaction.
I look forward to the infrastructure of the development to be completed.

We are very delighted with our new home. Melcombe and the team were excellent on moving in day and that support and service.Reassurance has not faltered since.Malcom and Rafal are always available with advice and a cheery smile.

The customer care at potters wood has been great! - especially Malcolm and Raf. With any new build you are bound to get some snags but it has been comforting knowing that they have been dealt with straight away!

Can not fault the customer care at potters wood, especially Malcolm. We all experience teething problems but its the level of care, attitudes and knowing you have a friendly approachable face to turn to if you need it, knowing things will be resolved efficiently that makes a difference. Have been dealing with the after care service part of Pennyfarthing and they have been brilliant. Matt has been superb, nothing is too much trouble and everything is fixed quickly and to the highest standard. Very professional and friendly.

Really good and efficient- help with any issues big or small.
Malcom and rafal seem to want to make sure everyone is happy with the service and take a lot of pride in their work we called up with a slight issue and someone was here within an hour and the problem was solved :)

Matt Hayworth from the customer care team is an absolute credit to the Penny Farthing team. No job has ever been too much for him, and he’s always gone above and beyond with every job he’s done for us. He is not only a really friendly guy but extremely professional and knowledgeable at his job, he literally has the answer to everything, no job is too much and he does everything with a smile! It is very clear how good he is at his job and he deserves all the praise he gets. Would like to add all of the above is the same for Chris from customer care team, communication was always very clear with all the jobs and they were both an absolute pleasure to have in our homes and a real credit to the team at PennyFarthing!!

Clare replied to my email promptly and organised the fix. Chris had a great technical knowledge and was very conscientious. Excellent customer service.

Thanks to the Customer Care team for identifying and remedying the problem with tiling in our dining area. I am absolutely over the moon with my house!! My partner and I moved in to our first just over a week ago and couldn’t be happier. Jackie and the sales team have been amazing, even when I kept changing my house choices! We had upgraded parts of our kitchen and bathrooms, very happy with the results!
As of yet, no major concerns with the house. The snagging process is well thought out, giving you 4 weeks to identify any problems.

We have recentley moved into one of Pennyfarthings new builds and although its been a long journey the people involved have been fantastic. Particularly Jackie and Judith from sales team, Jackie has been with us since the start and always helped through tricky times and kept us up to date. Judith has been brilliant helping with the move in days and getting bits sorted. The house is lovely and hight quality build.
