Pension claim consulting have been fantastic throughout although the case has taken a number of years to resolve I have kept informed with any updates at least every month. My case ended up being referred to the FSCS and I was awarded the full amount the FSCS could payout.

Very disappointed with this company Initial response was prompt and quite positive then I heard nothing for a long while I then received an email saying they were waiting for information back from a financial services provider whom l had no involvement with I phoned them to report this then had to wait while they contacted the correct people They then informed me that they were not pursuing my claim as I had phoned the financial services company in 2014 to complain and therefore there was a time bar I told them this was not the case as the company had phoned me to see if I required any further help But they chose to take his word over mine Really disappointed as I have recommended someone else to them who did exactly the same thing with the same company all done at my house and he’s been told he has a claim Since writing this review the response from the company has been excellent and I would like to thank them for this
