My problem was difficult and extremely...
My problem was difficult and extremely complex.
I rather naively, and after some poor advise, transferred my private pension fund into a Self Invested Personal Pension Plan (SIPP).
The scheme sounded good, but soon after, it all started to unravel.
I desperately needed help, and was introduced to a Claims Company called Pension Claims Consulting.
After an initial consultation, I was made to feel a lot more at ease, and they gave me hope, and belief that compensation could be achieved.
It took a little time, as this was no easy task, but their expertise and knowledge of pension programmes, eventually paid off, and I am delighted to confirm that financial compensation has been achieved, and received.
I cannot thank them enough for all their diligence and hard work, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who may be unfortunate enough to find themselves in a similar predicament.
I have given a rating of 5 Star simply because of their knowledge, and professional approach, along with their consistently high level of service and success.

Great result pcc took on a second case…
Great result pcc took on a second case for me and I have now received a satisfactory settlement from FSCS. Very pleased with the result. Commission is always a soar subject but less than any other agents and I would not have known where to start if I had tried dealing with the claim on my own.
Overall a great result and very pleased with the service I have received.

Very through and professional!
What can I say well they managed to get my money back from a SCAM PENSION COMPANY £50k and then recently the remains of the dodgy pension which was £6k as the gov could only give out £50k as a 1 off payment! They kept in touch every step of the way via email and or phone calls!
I would heavily recommend this company they went beyond the remit thank you PCC ❗️

Highly recommended!
Having failed to obtain a resolution from the Financial Ombudsman Service myself for a pension that I had been scammed out of I contacted Pension Claim Consulting Ltd to see if they could help. What followed was a 4 year battle but PCC never gave up, they were absolutely determined to get me some of my cash back. Regular updates kept me informed of progress, they were always available on the phone to answer my queries, nothing was too much trouble and I truly felt they treated me as a person rather than just another client. Their determination paid off and I received a settlement from the FOS which has enabled me to take a much needed early retirement! Many thanks go out to Jess, Sarah, Zoe and Kevin at PCC and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who finds themselves in the sad position I was in.

Great service, very professional with a friendly approach. The process does take a long time from commencement through to getting your claim settled but the team at PCC keep you fully updated and informed of progress throughout and the wait is definitely worth it when you receive your claim settlement!
