I was never particularly confident of getting a result for my claim but Pension Claim Consulting stuck with it. Today I received the rewards of their work and to say that I am satisfied is an understatement.

Pension Claim Consulting took my case on and got a result that I would never been able to achieve myself. It was a long process with the Ombudsman involved, but I was kept well informed the whole time and we got there in the end.

This company is amazing and really quick!!!! I had tried other companies in the past but my case was complicated as the companies that had sold me the SIPP had disappeared off the face of the earth so I was told I would never get my money back. My case also went back to 2010 so I was told it was too late to make a claim.... I had all but given up on ever getting my money back. However, one evening whilst catch up with firends on Facebook, the video for Pension Claim consulting came up and I thought "OK.. this is the last time". They were so helpful!! I sent over what documents I had. They kept me updated the whole way and with in 6 months I had my money back.

After several rejections from the FSCA, Sarah Stokes stood strong in her conviction that my claim was just, and the FSCA's decision needed to be reassessed. She enlisted the help of a barrister... and pursued my claim until, after numerous rejections, the FSCA awarded me compensation. This went on for several years, long after I had given up... but Sarah didn't give up. She refused to take no for any answer. I can't thank her and her team enough. A very trustworthy, professional and empathetic company, led by a woman who is as kind and thoughtful as she is determined. I would recommend PCC 100%. Again, thank you.

Sorted it all for me kept in touch as much as possible just a bit disappointed at the amount of claim in the end but that was not the company’s decision.
