From beginning to end Pens Plus (of Oxford) were fantastic. The reporting of an issue, the valuation, mailing, repair and recovery of the item was easy, reasonably priced and incredibly professional. I enjoyed the honest, personal and invested sense of purpose which I received from Pens Plus 🖊️ .

Very pleased indeed with speed and efficiency of service. I have an antique pen I would like restored and after this pleasant experience with purchasing writing paper, I shall definitely ask them to undertake it.

The cost of any repairs was clearly stated and adhered to as were additional costs such as postage and refills. My instructions were listened to and completed with professionalism, courtesy and speed.

Pens Plus repaired a Parker pencil which had got jammed, and my late brother's silver Yard-o-Led pencil - an antique item much in need of a service. They did both jobs beautifully, restoring both items to their former functional selves. I was very happy.

Following the passing of my mother the antique silver propelling pencil that belonged to my late father came to light. Unfortunately it didn't work. Pensplus were able to carry out a full repair and service and were able to tell me something about the provenance of the pencil. I am very happy not only with their service, the cost and the prompt attention but also the personal service and friendliness of the staff who are a credit to the company. Where have all of the old English values like this gone? Thank you, thank you.

The refill of my Montblanc pen had become wedged in the barrel of the pen and I had tried on numerous occasions, here in France, where I live to have it repaired - to no avail. Whilst in Oxford, visiting family I took it to PensPlus in Oxford - WHAT BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! It was very quickly repaired at a very reasonable price - MUCH lower than I expected and then posted back to me. I couldn't recommend them more highly! Thank you to Paul, the repair specialist and to the other super-efficient and friendly staff at this company.

Pens Plus recently repaired the nib on my 20+ year old Yard O Led fountain pen, the first time it had needed a repair. I hated being separated from it, but it was worth it; it came back fully restored, looking and writing like new. The people at Pens Plus were super, the workmanship is excellent and the price was a very pleasant surprise.
Best of all ... writing is a pleasure again.

Oxford, oh Oxford! The City is like second nature to me. The Rivers, Boats, amazing Pubs and Restaurants, & of course, all of those wonderful College Fields.

There are so many thoroughly excellent shops and retailers in this City. And, let’s not forget: Inspector Morse and Sergeant Lewis! You must Endeavour!

I have used this Shop, in person a number of times for well over 10 years now. The Staff are very welcoming, friendly and hugely knowledgeable about the lines and products they stock & can order.

If you are a stationery aficionado like myself, you will want to indulge yourself and divest monies on wonderful items. Genuine Leather Journals with top quality creamy coloured journals inserted are simply wonderful to write on with the Mont Blanc or Cross Fountain Pens!

A refreshing experience dealing with Pens Plus. Service as I would like yet rarely find. Phone answered promptly by a person who was interested and actually wanted to help. I cannot praise them enough.

I highly recommend this company....... I have a Lamy multifunction pen, 3 colours and a pencil, which I have used every day for many years and to which I am very attached. The pencil recently somehow lost its spring and I was unable to advance the lead. In searching online and telephoning for an hour I discovered no-one who actually sold the pen who had any spare parts, and I was continually redirected to Heidelberg and Lamy's central offices. To rectify the problem by locating a very common small spring, and to secure the help of a modicum of expertise and experience in the field that pen specialists claim, seemed increasingly remote... Until I telephoned Pens Plus in Oxford!

A friendly and supportive voice welcomed my description and understood the problem immediately. Could they fix it? - Yes! Pen in hand, I was guided in dismantling and measuring the necessary parts, and having carefully selected the most likely of a couple of options, I placed an order, paid on the phone, and the correct part arrived safely in 2 days. Sorted! I am relieved and delighted. At no point did the simplicity of providing a basic replacement part disappear or inflate into post-Brexit chaos when speaking with Pens Plus, and I am happily using my pen/pencil again as required.
