Just this week have had husbands car in for a warranty repair and sons car in for MOT. On all of my visits into the dealership I have been kept well informed and updated on the vehicles progress. Steve (service manager) and the ladies on the front service desk were all very helpful and kept me up to date with everything. Highly recommended by our family

My Hybrid vehicle was involved in a road traffic accident.
My car was sent to Pentagon Motor Group, Sheffield to be repaired.
On returning my vehicle, it was found that the Hybrid electrics were playing up, which I believed was caused by the accident.
Pentagon mechanics took the vehicle back and checked the electrics fully. Several faults were found, but checks showed that it was not related to the accident.
Obviously being a complete layman in regards to hybrid vehicles, i found it hard to believe that it was not related to the accident.
This is where I got to know mechanics Darren Hunt and Jack.(second name not know).
Talk about ambassadors to the company.
No enquiry was to small or insignificant in relation to what questions I had or threw at them.
4 times I took my vehicle back into Pentagon regarding electric problems, and every time Darren was there checking through the system in front of me and explaining what needed to be sorted.
I was even provided with a hire car free of charge over the New year break while they continued to look into the problem.
Never once did I feel that I was being a problem for them while they tried to sort out the ongoing problem.
In the end the problem was sorted thanks to Darren’s persistence and knowledge.
What an ambassador Darren has turned out to be, and I will definitely be returning to Pentagon for any work needed for my vehicle,

A surprisingly smooth purchase from start to finish.
We live in rural west Devon and never dreamed we would buy my wife’s next new car from
Oldham !
Having tried to find a specific Clio model in a particular colour locally I took to the web. This would not previously have been my preferred route, especially when it seems that most of the cars advertised don’t really exist, they have just been sold or are at another site etc etc.
I called Pentagon Renault Oldham expecting the same response…. I was wrong.
I spoke with Neil H who we dealt with from start to finish, not only was the Clio we wanted ‘ real ‘ Neil sent us a video of it sat outside the dealership and that showed us all the details we needed to put our minds at rest.
To add what could have been a complication we had a part exchange car.
There was no need for us to worry. Everything was as straightforward as it possibly could be.
There followed the normal negotiations on prices but we were very happy with the agreed price to change from one car to the other.
Every question we had was responded to quickly and efficiently by Neil. It was a refreshing change from what seems to be the norm now with salespeople responding when they get around to it or feel like it - if indeed they do respond.
From initial enquiry on the 10th February to new 26 plate Clio being delivered on March 2nd we could not fault the process.
Yes we were worried, naturally if you are buying a car online / over the phone, certainly not how we have ever bought a car before, our worries and concerns have been proved to be unfounded.
The car is as it should be.
Delivered by a nice man from Oldham to Devon on time and in perfect condition.
So, if you are considering buying from Pentagon Oldham, in our experience please do it and if like us you would not normally consider such a distant ( geographically ) dealership then please take our buying experience as reason to not worry.
We would certainly buy from Pentagon and Neil again.

Bought a car from pentagon in may 25, car had a fault in early January 26, after calling and emailing several times I found out that the 12 month Mazda warranty hadn't been started when we purchased the car. After I explained to probably all the staff I managed to speak to that I needed warranty info to get my car looked at they told me that it would be sorted in 24 hours. I booked my car in to my local Mazda dealer (not Lincoln) who then explained to me that the warranty hadn't been started until I called them in Jan therefore I could not get my car sorted at my local dealer and it was down to pentagon to either pay for the problem or backdated the warranty ( due to 30 day period of new car purchase........by this point I'd had the car for 8 months). They agreed to backdate however the communication is abysmal. In the 3 months I have been trying to get these issues fixed I have had to make multiple phone calls to find out what is happening and yet in the same 3 months period I have received a total of 1 single phone call and one email, I am still awaiting any form of communication from Arnie with regards to the the outcome of my warranty and the fault on my car still has not been fixed! The communication and customer service from pentagon is non existent and frankly embarrassing! They tried to dress up their incompetence as a good will gesture by saying the warranty was set up in January to benefit me so I get longer warranty (despite my clear communication from the very first phonecall saying the car had a fault I needed the warranty details to get it sorted). This was not the first problem we encountered when purchasing a car from pentagon either, when we arrived to test drive the car, it was filthy, tobacco on driver side floor, dog poo bags stuffed in pockets at the rear of drivers seats, glove box full of leaves and old parking tickets. The car also had a scuff on one of the alloys and a small crack in the bumper, the sales person came up with some excuse and agreed that these issues would be fixed and a full valet would be done before we took the car so we (naively) accepted and returned the following week to pick it up (we don't live that close) upon arrival we checked over the car only to find that nothing had been done and when I questioned the sales person she had forgotten to log the repairs and insisted that the car had been cleaned that morning, until I showed her that the only thing that had been done was the floor mats had been removed which she said she would flag up with the cleaners. (We should have walked away here!) Because we live too far away to pop back we came to an agreement that she would send a mobile repair team to come and sort the issues which I was initially told it was a 2 man job and would take 2-3 days, it took the single mobile repair man approx an hour? To say I am disappointed with the whole process is an understatement, I would never even entertain looking at a car on sale at pentagon in the future let alone buy one from them, I certainly would not recommend them to anyone else. In fact my recommendation would be to steer well clear of pentagon motor group, all they have to offer is incompetence, a lack of communication skills and shoddy customer service! Disgraceful!

Informed work completed at 2pm arrived pick up at 3pm- unable to locate key thought with valeter.
To be informed that notice leak on tyre and had on ramp. waited 45 minutes to get car
Then when returned back the rear windscreen was still dirty and inside dusty thought it was valeted don't know who does there cleaning. But definately not valeted as they said.

Never get your children a car from here
I was sold a car by Jason Moss with one key (not an electric key) and was told I would be given an electric key that the company would reimburse me for (as they have a company account with Kap autolocks) as they should provide me with 2 (as stated I was told this would be an electric key).
Since then despite Jason Moss admitting this is what he has said; him and his supervisor have refused to actually fulfil this part of the deal. Apparently it doesn't matter if he is admitting he said this as part of the sale because "it wasn't written" So I am out - to quote Jason's amount - "£500".
This company will take advantage of your children (especially your daughters - stereotypes I know)

Edit: I am now being asked to contact the dealership directly. As an autistic individual I do not deal well with potentially confrontational situations. This is why I contacted customer care (twice) via email to no avail. So no thank you - I will walk away with a sour taste in my mouth and the knowledge you have taken my family’s money under false misrepresentation and I will never recommend you. Thankyou for your meaningless response on here 🙏
Words actually fail me. Avoid is all I can say. Had an awful experience with this dealership after being misled and mis sold. Cars are priced COMPLETELY differently in the showroom as compared to online (£21995 v £17500) so that their add ons can be put on (that you don’t want) all whilst thinking you have a great deal.
We visited very close to month end and quite clearly the customer is not the priority here but more the figures on the board!!
We asked for confirmation if our deposit was refundable - the salesman said he wasn’t sure when he knew full well it wasn’t. Because we were misled we cancelled our order and lost our money.
I have seen on poor reviews the request to contact customer care. Let me tell you we have!!! Guess what - no response. That’s right not even an acknowledgement. Shameful customer service in this day and age.

Abysmal service has been raised with the Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Business Manager but still nothing done. I'm still awaiting user manual / document pack and service history for the car purchased 5 months ago.
Pentagon head office said all they can do is escalate to the Branch Manager so what's the point.
I have purchased through Pentagon before and was content overall but they have gone downhill fast. If this is what they now consider 'good' customer service then I pity anyone who seeks to do business with them.

This didn't start out great with a poor test drive as both myself and wife.
We went out around the blocked, pulled back in to the garage and salesman gets out the car. It's came across that he genuinely wasn't interested.
Move forward 5 days and I have another test drive on my own as my Wife could not make it. Sales guy Ashton was really good.
Order was placed and I expected all to be ok.
Ok Sunday 22nd I picked up my car. In my excitement I didn't carry out a full check, only a brief walk around.
I noticed that the boot liner that I requested was not in the car, Ashton apologised and said he would get it listed out to me.
Later on in the day I realised that the parcel shelf and charging cable were not in the car. Here was are 3 days later and still nothing.
I would not recommend this garage at all

A few things I pointed out on the car were not sorted as promised, namely some lose arch trim and tired looking number plates which I have sorted myself.
However the car I bought has been a lot of trouble. The electric boot has packed in after 4 months of owning the car, the infotainment screen does its own thing in cold weather, the car shakes when you get to 70mph and one headlight seems to constantly have its high beam on blinding other drivers and I constantly get flashed.
My first Seat coming from an Audi and I’m rather disappointed to say the least

AVOID Pentagon Chery Loughborough.
Continued breach of their own terms and condions when asking for a refund.
Sales team of Kiam and sales manager Bailey withholding refund as they've lost a V5 and Courtesy car that was collected by their own orgnaised recovery. They like taking your money but don't want to give it back after selling you a faulty used vehicle. Awful Post purchase service drops through the floor, terrible communication, no action to resolve problems unless you make contact, but they then refuse to resolve. Management refuse to speak to you desite numerous calls and emails.
Avoid at all costs. Solicitors letter going to them next.

Huge thanks to you and your incredible team for everything over the past few days! This was hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had. Please extend my gratitude to Hannah as well; she's an amazing asset—friendly, courteous, and caring. I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Everything felt effortless, and it was clear everyone genuinely wanted to be there. What you've built is truly fantastic, a remarkable legacy. I honestly think all motability dealerships should observe your operations to learn how it's done. Heartfelt thanks! 😊

Update : Business manager has been in touch , He has said they have fallen short in there own expectations and transparency, He has apologised and has looked into it all and has given me a resolution to close it off , Great car shame about the dealership, I will only leave a honest and truthful review, This is my experience, Travelled from Stoke-on-Trent to see the car as I already had a test drive in one few weeks prior , so just what I wanted reference the colour and spec , Jack the salesman sore to me and I did say this is where I stand and if we cant do a deal then lets not waste either of are time and I will be on my way, We got to the deal so I sent £38000 to there bank account that same day , Jack said to collect the car a week on Sunday which was ok with me , So the deal was they would pay my left over finance for my EQC Merc on the 26th/27th January 26 as otherwise it would generate another settlement figure as it ran out on the 28th Jan 26, I sent over paper work to get my car taxed ready for pick up on the Sunday but on the 24th Jan had a phone call from Jack saying they cant tax it as they would not take a photo copy of the paper work I sent which was scanned in and we would have to leave it for another day to which I said I cant as were away and when were back we only have 2 days then I'm away again , then I asked is the car in my name to which he said no so I told them to cancel the order and return my £38000 I had sent them , Then I get Giles the manager on the phone saying we can do the tax on Sunday when you pick the car up and any incur of any cost would be reimbursed to myself so I said and what about paying of the Merc to which he promised me it would be paid on the Monday 26th Jan or the latest Tuesday 27th Jan , Picked up car on the Sunday did paper work and had to put £250 deposit as the V5 still had not arrived due to not getting post as we were only getting post once a week, got given the keys and sent on are way , Midweek I rang Jack to say I was missing the grannie charger and the extension lead and that the normal charge lead was just thrown in the boot not even in the bag to which he said he would send out to me what was missing which he did and informed I had rang the finance company to see if they had paid the outstanding balance , The finance company said no and that day took my payment for the Merc out of my account and informed Jack about this and he said he would sort it , Then a phone call from Jack saying need a new end figure which was less than the other one and seeing I paid an instalment they would send me the money back but then he came up with this theory as we didn't have the V5 then they could not pay the car off I said what at no point did you ever say anything about this , so what they did was send me the holding £250 back plus the difference from both fingers so this left me -£178.81 which they would not pay me back , then I sent an email saying I would reject the car under the 14 day rule to be met with an email from Giles the manager asking when's the best to call this was on Monday 9th Feb 26 so I said anytime after 5pm or anytime tomorrow and its Friday 13th Feb 26 and no call , I have sent an email to Giles saying do not bother calling or emailing as it will go unanswered saying keep the money as its not about money its about being honest , truthful , morals and doing write by customers when promised things , What should have been a nice pleasant time in buying a new car has made me stressed and angry , Will say the car is amazing but will not be going back to this dealership to purchase the wife's new Seal I will take my business closer to home or which dealership can be honest from start to finish , This is my honest and truthful dealings with this dealership and I am making people aware of this as this could be an isolated incident but they never tried to fix it sadly and I don't want anybody to go threw what I have endured , I'm sure they will reply to this with lets sort it out or were sorry you went threw this , The normal statement that these companies use to show they care

The sales team were great when I was buying the car — friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Unfortunately, everything changed once the sale was completed. The aftersales service has been really poor.
I’ve had multiple issues with the car, and despite reporting them, communication has been almost non‑existent. I’ve been left waiting long periods for repairs with very little information or updates. It’s been frustrating trying to get even basic responses, and the lack of support has made the whole experience stressful.
To make matters worse, the car has not been fit for purpose from day one, and getting the company to take responsibility has been incredibly difficult. What started as a positive purchase has turned into a long, drawn‑out problem.
Based on my experience, the sales process may seem good, but the aftercare is severely lacking. Go else where!!!

I was called by Pentagon Kia to book my 1 year old car in for service. I didn't book and decided to check. It is an electric EV3 and the service interval is actually 2 years or 20,000 miles. This is very confusing.
