A few things I pointed out on the car were not sorted as promised, namely some lose arch trim and tired looking number plates which I have sorted myself. However the car I bought has been a lot o... See more

Collected my new 3008gt today from Pentagon Peugeot Barnsley and cannot praise this dealership highly enough, from first walking in to collecting my car the experience has been nothing less than exceptional.
Although all the staff are very friendly special thanks go to Tim and Darren who work tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Peugeot.

DON'T SELL TO THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! If I could give zero stars I would. We sold our car to this company through car wow and they haven't paid us!! Taken the car and it's been over 48hours I will be reporting to the police as stolen.
They are now ducking calls and avoiding us.

We had great customer service from Matt Hilton at the Derby branch. He gave us lots of information and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Unfortunately, the car was not for us this time but we wouldn't hesitate going back in the future.

I have just bought a used car from warrington pentagon ford, Dan looked after me and it was a very easy process, they offer cars at a price that is comparable / slightly more competitive with other Ford garage’s.
Dan was very professional, called me back and kept me informed, the car was insured, prepared, clean with half a tank of fuel ready for pick up as arranged. Well done team for excellent service and communication.

After completing a previous review regarding the failure to communicate or complete the required investigations into the repair of my Ford Mustang Mach-E, I was advised to contact Pentagon Group directly to discuss rectification.
However, no contact number was provided, so I called the group number (0333 039 06773) multiple times throughout the day — every attempt was met with an engaged tone and no option to leave a message. I also sent an email but received no response.
I then contacted Pentagon Warrington for an update and was told the contact person was in a meeting and that an engineer would call me back after lunch. I made it clear this was important — yet, once again, no call back was received.
Extremely disappointing experience. After all the assurances of improvement, nothing has changed — still no communication, no update, and no resolution.

Had a great experience at Peugeot. Bradley and everyone else I spoke to was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The process start to finish was faultless and the car is amazing. Would highly recommend them

LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Our car needed an emergency repairs. They set up an payment plan at the Arnold branch. What they failed to do mention is they want £360.00 upfront. It's called communication or have they forgotten on how to communicate in the first place. HOW DARE THEY DO THIS TO AN DISABLED PERSON

So we purchased a 2019 van off them in 2022, since day 1 we have had nothing out problems. They clearly sold me a van not fit for purpose. Kept taking van in and charging us extortionate amounts for repairs. The van was 14k and in 3 years we have spent 9k on repairs. New engine. New add blue tank, water pump, oil pump, can belt, rockers replaced, rocker cover replaced, and still we have problems, now it needs a new turbo and electronic computer changing rhey want another 5k well enough is enough. They sell u a bag of rubbish and want x3 more than anyone else to repair it.

This is the worst garage to fix your car in this country.
I booked an appointment to get my car fixed. I took it there on the appointment day and was told it would take 1–2 days to replace the crankshaft sensor.
After 2 days, I called them, and they said my car needed a diagnostic test to check for more issues and that it would take another 1–3 days.
After 3 more days, I called again to ask if my car was ready, and they told me it wasn’t because they didn’t have the parts for my car.
It’s a Vauxhall main dealer — yet they don’t have parts for a Vauxhall!
My car has been in the garage for a week without being fixed, and they still charged me £149 just to check it.
Avoid this place — it’s a waste of time and money. Never again!

We thought we had sold via Carwow (useless) my Mother in Laws Kia Sportage to Pentagon Lincoln as she is not allowed to drive. My Wife has LPAs to act on her behalf for financial and health and welfare decisions . This is appears to be an alien concept to Lincoln and head office as we have still not been paid 3 weeks later. According to Carwow this would be within 48hrs or sooner, not that they are interested either. We ae bitterly disapointed with both companies as there seems to be no recourse with either of them.

I purchased a 2024 Vauxhall Mokka Electric from Pentagon Nottingham in early October 2025.
Before buying, both the salesperson and the signed order form clearly stated the mileage as 6,418 miles. However, when I collected the car on 15 October, the odometer showed around 8,000 miles.
I immediately raised this with Pentagon, but was told over the phone that I could only return the car for a refund — no reasonable compensation was offered. Later, the manager claimed that the higher mileage was “pre-advertised” on purpose and offered only a set of carpet mats, which I found inadequate.
This experience left me disappointed. I believe that accurate mileage should be clearly and honestly presented to customers before purchase. I hope Pentagon will review its internal communication and sales transparency to prevent similar issues in the future.
Update (20 Oct 2025): Pentagon Motor Group has replied asking me to contact their management team, but no contact details were provided.

Their reply completely ignores everything I actually wrote about — the poor communication, unreturned calls and emails, delays, and being repeatedly fobbed off.
Instead of acknowledging the poor service or offering an apology, they focused only on the warranty company declining the repair — something I already knew and even mentioned myself.
This total lack of accountability is exactly why I wrote this review. Pentagon Warrington seem incapable of recognising or responding to customer dissatisfaction. Even when directly told, they deflect, deny, and take no responsibility.
Now for context — here’s what actually happened:
⸻
I bought a Ford B-Max from another dealer with a warranty. When my car started juddering and losing power, I thought taking it to Ford Pentagon Warrington would give me the best care under warranty. I was so wrong.
They seem unaware of basic customer service: keeping customers informed, returning calls or emails, managing expectations, or showing any empathy. You have to chase for everything. They never apologise — they just don’t seem to care.
My first appointment took four weeks to get. My husband mentioned to the service agent Mark Llewellyn that it could be a Powershift/clutch issue (a known Ford fault). Mark was reassuring, but when the car came back, he said it only needed a software update — which I paid for — and to return if the problem continued.
The issue persisted. I rang back and waited another five weeks for an appointment. When I finally got through (after endless calls and ignored messages), I was told it needed another software update. I questioned how this could be better than the one I’d just paid for.
I spoke to Manager Caroline Wright, who admitted the mechanic “couldn’t justify” doing anything with the clutch but claimed the shuddering had “improved but not resolved.” She told me to drive it for a week, and if the problem continued, to drop the keys back anytime without waiting for another appointment. I reluctantly agreed.
When the second update didn’t fix it, I returned on 22 Sept. Mark said they’d investigate and be in touch. They weren’t.
After chasing by email and phone (again, no reply), I finally got a message saying they hadn’t even looked at the car and it would go in “early next week.” No apology, no update, no offer to return the car in the meantime.
It was finally checked on 30 Sept — after sitting there all week. This time, they said the clutch needed replacing — exactly what my husband had suggested months earlier.
When I asked questions about the clutch kit and warranty process, I got short, unhelpful answers. I had to chase repeatedly. Caroline’s tone was abrupt; emails went unanswered. I asked on 2 Oct for confirmation they’d contact my warranty company — no reply. My husband had to call days later before anything happened.
After weeks of delays, poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and repeated chasing, I decided not to give them any more of my money and took my car elsewhere.
On top of all this, the Ford Powershift automatic gearbox has a known design fault, with similar problems reported and claimed across the world. For a Ford-approved service centre to show no awareness — or worse, no concern — about these recurring issues shows a worrying level of carelessness and ignorance towards their customers.
This whole experience has honestly put me off the entire Ford brand, not just this dealership. For a main dealer, the standard of customer care here is shockingly poor. You expect professionalism, transparency, and respect — not silence and indifference.

Today, 16th October 2025, I arranged a day off work to take my Jaecoo 7 into the service department at Sheffield for a DAB issue which was scheduled to be repaired under warranty.
I dropped the car off at 8am when the department opened, I was informed it may not be ready till 5pm, which I accepted. At 3:15 pm I went to Sheffield, as I I hadn't heard any update, to be informed it hadn't been done, and eould not be done today. While the young lady on the reception was polite, and professional I feel the same cannot be said for her work colleagues. To expect people to take time off work and be without their car for a full day and still not have the problem resolved is disappointing to say the least.

Although it took a little longer than I expected due to obtaining parts, I am very happy with the work. Made my 7 year old car with just over 16,000 miles on the clock, look like new again, thanks
