Welcome to Peony Faux Flowers! We are a small business in the heart of Shropshire, making luxury faux flowers. Peony flowers are no ordinary faux flowers. Each one is made by copying a real example in every detail, from the variation in petal shades to the individual stamens, leaves and stems. With their stunningly lifelike colours, textures and even scents, thanks to Peony’s exclusive range of Floral Fragrance Sprays, it is almost impossible to distinguish them from the real thing! All of our beautiful arrangements are designed and created by our dedicated team of floral artists here at Ruckley, in rural Shropshire. Our wonderfully, botanically correct stems are all hand painted, and critically acclaimed with low carbon emissions. Often featured on QVC, our luxury artificial flowers are like you've never seen before.

Not great quality…bits fall off
Not great quality…bits fall off. Fraying ends etc etc etc I think you pay very much a premium and I’m not sure why. You can get exactly the same quality in any home section.
Great Experience. Plant is beautiful; looks so real.
I read some of these reviews with trepidation, but I found that Peony was great: answered my phone calls and emails promptly and very nicely to give me further measurements, etc.; and when I ordered the black orchids from them, the plant arrived within 2 days! I have to say, it's gorgeous and looks SO REAL. The real moss is a great touch, And also, they are considerably cheaper than other places. I would definitely order from them again.
My first and last order directly with…
My first and last order directly with them [I used to buy through John Lewis] I was sent a 'worn looking' product. Customer service was fine but not happy with the quality. These seemed better when they were stocked at John Lewis a few years back. The quality / design seems to have declined and they don't look classic anymore and seem very cheap looking.
Avoid
I recently received a gift of peony flowers. Unfortunately I dislike them. Peony are unable to accept a return for an exchange unless I have the original cardboard box the item got delivered in. I explained that they are a gift and I have everything else just not the cardboard delivery box. Still not able to accept back as it will get "lost in the system" as not in their cardboard packaging.
Of course they could just open the cardboard box (which they must do regardless), read the invoice note and process the exchange but that is not possible. Waste of £80.
Fake looking - and cheap
I received these as a gift from someone who got it into her head I love artificial flowers (provided they are realistic). I like the very small arranged flowers from Bloom. Unfortunately, my friend ordered me a huge bouquet from Poeny and a hand tied bouquet and they are, frankly, hideous. In the most enormous ostentatious vase, no faux water and not arranged. They look very plasticky and nothing like Bloom. And now I will have to find a massive cupboard to put them in and drag them out each time she visits. Avoid. As with everything on QVC they look better on TV. Or go to Bloom where the flowers genuinely look real. These most certainly do not, although I'm sure a small arrangement would be better than a massive one. I do not understand the point of fake flowers - surely one gets fed up of looking at them again and again. And dusting them.
My personal experience has been just fine
Over the last year I have purchased four arrangements from Peony, all of which have been excellent quality and have brought colour to several rooms in the house. Most notably these have been the Peony, Wisteria and Protea mix in lace jug, a rose arrangement in white vase and a lily arrangement. These also smell fantastic with the scent sticks and fragrance sprays.
Whilst my house is now quite full of flowers, I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from Peony for family birthday presents or wedding gifts.
I've personally had a very good experience with customer service having had all queries answered promptly and quite reasonable delivery times, so would like to come to their defence a bit. Judging by the date of other reviews, it's more than likely that the ongoing lockdowns and furlough have impeded things but as I say it's not something I had noticed.
Delivery Late, Arrangement Broken.
Received via QVC and Hermes, Peony Orchid. The delivery was not within specified time, and the box was upside down and had been opened. The arrangement was also upside down and busted from the pot it should have been in. QVC stated prior to Easter Peony will be in contact, that has not happened. QVC kindly has refunded me but I still await the shipments collection. Last time I will ever order from Peony as the timeliness agreed is always overdue.I am not impressed.
Peony have been fantastic company to…
Peony have been fantastic company to deal with, my order got smashed to bits . This was no fault of peony but Hermes. After reporting it to peony they gave a quick replacement and sorted out other issues.
In times as we are now people are quick to blame and not understand , but peony get a 5 star review from myself .
Peony - All round excellence.
I have had x 2 separate orders delivered from Peony and have been delighted with them both. The flowers are extremely lifelike and displayed beautifully. They arrived well packaged/protected .....I would thoroughly recommend this company and doubtlessly will be making further purchases in the future.
Fabulous faux flowers!
I just took delivery of the flowers I ordered and they are gorgeous!!
I only placed my order on Monday, so am very impressed with the speedy turn around, and of course the actual faux flowers (and gorgeous vase) as well.
Would not hesitate to recommend this site to others!
Fabulous Faux Flowers
This is my 4th purchase of Peony flowers now.
My previous orders where placed via QVC, but my most recent purchase was made direct.
I feel I have to write this review as I’m so delighted with my flowers. But had I of read the previous reviews on trustpilot I definitely wouldn’t of placed another order.
All of the flowers I have received have been second to none. You cannot find anything of this quality on the high street.
My original purchase from QVC was of a bouquet of hydrangeas, peony, lambs lettuce and other foliage which has been admired by every friend that has seen it, all thinking it was real. It’s even prompted the faux flower phobes to purchase arrangements of their own.
My latest purchase just reassured me of the quality of product.
I ordered two pieces. One large white rose and jasmine arrangement in a plain vase and a smaller Lilly of the valley spray in a beautiful cut glass vase.
Both vases have a good weight to them, the sprays are so eloquent, well placed and are even better than their pictures on line.
Delivery was faster than stated on the web site.
My only grumble would be that the boxes arrived pretty bashed up but both items had been securely packaged in bubble wrap so thankfully they both arrived intact.
Had I of been gifting these I would of been disappointed with the packaging but that fault I feel only lies with the transportation and not with Peony as a company.
Zero customer service
Ordered two sets of Peony flowers from QVC early November for Christmas presents. Emailed Peony directly as QVC were being ignored by Peony and I left a phone message but I have heard nothing back. If only companies realised customer service is key. I won’t be ordering again from Peony, they don’t deserve customers🤨
Peony
Flowers ordered 31st october, this is now 7th December and still nothinh. Do not answer to emails or telephone, these were for a special birthday,if I had known about trusting I would never have ordered from peony! Will not recommend peony to anyone after this.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The order has not been delivered even though they supposedly shipped this on the 27th Oct. And they took the payment. Will not use them again as this is the second time. I should have learned from the first.
Where is my order?
Flowers ordered 22/7. Still no sign of them. I told Peony they are for a 100th birthday on 19th August. I’m getting worried that they won’t be here in time. Peony are not answering their phones and not replying to emails. Very poor service.
Poor customer service
Just received package from Hermes for Peonies and Wisteria in a blue and white floral vase. Vase is broken. No returns label and no one answering telephone. Quality of flowers not what expected, quite plastic looking. Wish I had read reviews first. Really overpriced
Flowers are lovely but had to buy them…
Flowers are lovely but had to buy them in a vase because the flowers I wanted to purchase came in a vase only, flowers are lovely but they’re glued in the vase!! So am unable to take them out so I am going to have to smash the vase then cut them to get them out. I only wanted the flowers to put on my Son’s grave with a different vase as this vase isn’t suitable so paid a lot more money just so I could purchase the flowers and now the vase has to be smashed to take them out not impressed waste of money buying the set as would of used the vase for something else but have to smash it now.
Don't touch with a barge pole
While the flowers are beautiful, the delivery service is atrocious. On numerous occasions I have ordered flowers, always having to chase the order up. I had given peony three weeks before the date I required the flowers... I'm still waiting for them to arrive and the birthday was 5days ago... Now on the forth week.. I will not be ordering anything from them again
I am STILL waiting for an item ordered…
I am STILL waiting for an item ordered over 2 weeks ago. I have tried ringing several times today and every time the phone is engaged ie no-one is present to answer it. Customer service is the pits. I will pursue this order and never order again. Avoid this company
