Welcome to Peony Faux Flowers! We are a small business in the heart of Shropshire, making luxury faux flowers. Peony flowers are no ordinary faux flowers. Each one is made by copying a real example in every detail, from the variation in petal shades to the individual stamens, leaves and stems. With their stunningly lifelike colours, textures and even scents, thanks to Peony’s exclusive range of Floral Fragrance Sprays, it is almost impossible to distinguish them from the real thing! All of our beautiful arrangements are designed and created by our dedicated team of floral artists here at Ruckley, in rural Shropshire. Our wonderfully, botanically correct stems are all hand painted, and critically acclaimed with low carbon emissions. Often featured on QVC, our luxury artificial flowers are like you've never seen before.

Offensively Long Delivery Times.
In this day and age taking 3+ weeks to deliver and item is just unacceptable. I have been ordering arrangements from Peony directly and via QVC for a couple of years now, and you never receive the item in an acceptable time frame.
My last (and I mean that literally and figuratively) was placed via QVC for their Christmas TSV on 11th November, and I am still waiting for it. QVC are absolutely no help because when you call, all they say is that there has been a delay but they know nothing else.
Bearing in mind Peony/QVC know that a TSV will prompt a bulk number of orders being placed you would assume they would have the logistics worked out in relation to delivering the orders in a timely manner. They use Hermes, it's not like Santa is personally delivering them, so the hold up is totally unacceptable.
To add insult, I purchased their February TSV which was for four different bunches of flowers, the final bunch was supposed to be delivered in November, and SHOCK-HORROR I am still waiting for that as well.
That's me done, I can't cancel either order now as Peony have sneakily marked them as shipped, so be warned if you are thinking of ordering from them, they will happily take your money, but also like to drag their heels in fulfilling the order.
