I had shopped a retail location near Edinburg IN for years. No such luck of finding a location near where I live in Tennessee. Shopping online was easy, efficient, and shipping much easier. Obviously the price was a huge savings as well.

My perfume was out of stock
My perfume was out of stock and I asked to be notified when it came back in stock. This happened about three times. And out of those three times only once was I notified. Then I went to order it and again was told it was out of stock. Then I went on the Internet and through that link found that it was in stock. I ended up purchasing it through the Internet link. Not sure why the mixed messages.

You took order. Shipping 3-5.
You email cancelation of order 4 days later.
So I lost 4 days time to acquire, then i never received response to my inquiry as to why it was canceled, or why it took u 4 days to do so.
I tried a diff vendor who ive used before, received item in 3 days, no issues. Now I know who to go to.
I cant believe you even sent me this review. I better go check my card and make sure you havent charged me.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Perfumania. I received a bottle of cologne with a broken top, which made it difficult to even use the product properly. I immediately reached out to customer service and sent a clear photo showing the damage, but unfortunately, they were not helpful and didn’t offer any apology or real solution.
For a company that sells fragrance products, I expected much better quality control and customer support. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that arrives damaged and then not get proper assistance to resolve the issue.Because of this experience, I won’t be shopping with Perfumania again. I hope they take situations like this more seriously in the future and improve how they handle customer concerns.
