I liked my whole experience except at…
I liked my whole experience except at checkout I knew I had $12 rewards I asked to applied to my $300 purchase and it wasn’t. I had asked initially before being told I had unlocked the sale brands for $40. However she was so focused on upselling me she didn’t do what I initially asked and that was use the $12 I had available on this purchase. I felt unheard.
