Perfume's Club España Reviews 

After reading the bad reviews was a bit wary but the prices are fab, the package was packed securely and the delivery was very speedy. Will defitnely use this company again.

I first came to discover Perfumesclub through its great prices but after becoming a client I can confirm that the entire service they offer has exceeded my expectations. I bought a perfume and some make-up.

I was a little bit sceptical because of some very bad reviews I read after my order. The products arrived after a week. I dit not know it had to come from Spain. No problem, the products were fine.
No complains at all.

Take care, this is fraud. I ordered Hermes Terre which I am using for a long time. I received a awful smelling perfume that was either fake or very old. They denied refund because it was opend!! How else could I have smelled??
Never again!

At first I've hesitated to order at Perfumes Club, since there are some negative reviews about them. But now I'm glad that they didn't keep me from my purchase. Great prices, fast shipment and the most important thing: the fragrances are authentic.

I‘m usually not writing any reviews, but I‘m sorry for the company having such a bad image/ rating, even though being reliable.

Everything Perfect.

Ordered very expensive cosmetics. portion of shipment that came was clearly used. Boxes were dirty, bottles inside greasy (it was oil). Spent 2 weeks dealing with them, shipping back, waiting etc. People on the call center barely speak English so extra difficult. Just now heard from them - they carefully inspected the product and according to them it is new. They did offer to reship them to me!!! Completely unprofessional, do not waste your time. Will have to order now elsewhere. Complete opposite of what online shopping shoud be.

I used this company a few times. I have however been trying for six weeks to get an order sent to me and each of the three times, using two different couriers, I have been informed that my package has again been damaged. Today's message was the last straw as I took the day off work fully expecting it to be delivered. Once could understandable, twice is just disgraceful but THREE TIMES??? This is completely unacceptable. If the package has actually been damaged three times then the fault lies with the packing department and as an online company that bases its business on sending glass bottles in the post, you'd think they have that bit sorted. Come on guys, you're really taking the urine and don't deserve to be in business if this is how customers are treated. I really wish I could give negative stars, it's annoying I have to leave one
