Extremely Rude Supervisor
Today at approximately 14:00 my husband and I visited the Perry Sports shop in Hilversum. My husband required a pair of football cleats and we were helped by a friendly young man who was giving his ultra best assisting to assist us in English and help us find the correct shoe for my husbands foot type. In total, 6 boxes of shoes where fetched and returned and we eventually decided on taking the cheapest pair on sale, an Adidas Copa 19.4 for 34.99Euros. Not only was the new marked down “SALE" price clearly visible on the shoe display itself, but I also double checked it with the guy helping us, whom confirmed that the price was indeed 34.99.
When paying for the shoes, it rang up as 44.99 per pair. I confronted the guy behind the till and said, I’m sorry, but the shelf says 34.99. He then pulled up his shoulders with a “I don't care attitude” and replied to me that, its a mistake on the shelf. I then said that this is a principle matter and I refuse to pay 10 euros more for a pair pair of shoes when clearly the shelf is labeled at 34.99 and I confirmed with the person who assisted us that it was indeed on sale.
The gentleman behind the till then turned to a lady, (whom I assume must be his supervisor) to clarify the issue. He started telling her the story and forgot to mention that I had also confirmed the price with the person whom assisted me with the shoes. I then interrupted him to clarify with the “assumed supervisor”, that I also confirmed the price with the sales assistant that helped us. She, in an EXTREMELY RUDE tone of voice told me to not interrupt the guy behind the till whom is speaking. It was at this point that my husband and I left the shoes on the counter at the till, turned around and walked out. The blond headed/assumed supervisor, then in dutch yelled behind us, "and don't bother coming back". I might not speak dutch fluently but I do understand it.
I will NEVER return to Perry Sports in Hilversum again

Good experience
Bough some sneakers and ski equipment but I had to return some of the products which was easy to do in the shop and without cost. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience.

Worse customer service ever
After my online order being cancelled at the last minute (even after receiving an enail telling me it was "on its way" ) I had to run after them for 3 weeks to get my money back.
They said I would get it within 48 hours, one week later still nothing so I call them and they tell me I have to wait another 48 hours because there was a "mistake" . Again, nothing so I'm calling AGAIN to end up with a non-customer friendly girl telling me that I will "probably" get it in 48 hours again. Of course it was not the case so I had to call again an wait another couple of days before receiving the transfer.
At the end I waited 3 weeks and called 3 times to have it back, worse customer service ever.

I ordered a jacket, after 10 days was still to deliver.
I call the helpdesk and they reply they do not have the item in stock while their system thinks there are 2 (in 2 separate shops).
Nobody wouldhave told me nothing if i would have not called them.

Impeccable service
On 3 December, I visited the store in Hilversum to collect my order. I had made a mistake and Mariam at the cashier helped me in such a professional and quick way that I could not believe it! She immediately followed up on my online purchase, informed me of what I should have ordered and provided the necessary items in no time and with a big smile!
To top it off, she arranged my refund as the items I got were cheaper than the ones I paid for online. In 2 days the difference was in my account.
No hassle, just excellent service!
