Servive was very efficient.

We bought two of the moet bottles for gifts for our parents at our wedding they were perfect and really meant alot that we could put our own message on it

Having left it late ordering a pewter tankard and requiring it to be engraved, opted for the 'express' service and as promised delivery was made within 48 hours. Can't do better than that!!

Disappointed with the engraving.
Happy with the style & size of font but it needed to be clearer (?deeper) as it was difficult to read.

Shame as it was a special occasion gift.

The staff were quick to answer my e-mail and any questions I had. Once I placed my order which was very easy to do online, the staff were not happy with the qualitiy of picture i had sent ot be engraved, so e-mailed me before they were happy with the quality which ensured i got the perfect engraving on my product. It was very easy to order and pay on line for the Tankard I wanted.
It was delivered quickly, well packed in a nice presentation box along with a gift bag and tag. I'd use them again, no problem.

Fantastic bottle of champ-as with name wedding date etc on label. was great that you could put what you wanted on label and gift card so mine was very sentimental which they loved.

The end result was lovely, and the company were quick to phone up to say that the font I had picked wouldn't work well, and chose one that would look better.
