Personalised Gifts Engraved 

I ordered a graduation mug for my daughters boyfriend, which I admit turned up on time. My dismay when he opened it up infront of all my friends and family to see that it had a Liverpool football logo on it (which added insulst as he is a massive West Ham fan) and the inscription read happy 65th Bill on it. Not very funny.

Very pleased with our pewter mugs - very good quality, nicely engraved and well presented.

Requested 2 tankards, both engraved but one with a logo to be added (costs £6 extra). Checked by email if the logo was suitable to be engraved and I got a very quick reply confirming what I needed to know, the speed of the service purchasing the item was very quick also again with quick responses by email.

Items arrived, the one tankard I requested to have the logo engraved on was blank, no logo on it but did have the text.

Rather annoyed as it's very obvious from the receipts etc that I requested the logo. Now extra hassle to get sorted!

I was absolutely delighted with the Graduation Gift which I purchased for a friend. She in turn, was also delighted. In fact, not only did she thank me for the plate when I gave it to her, but this morning I received a Thank you card also.
The quality was extremely good and it said all that I wished it to.

Bought an engraved tankard for my son's 21st birthday from Personalised Gifts Engraved. Looks really good, well packaged, arrived quickly with no problems at all.

The tankards arrived fast enough and the customer service replied to my e-mail extremely quickly which is fantastic.

The pewter tankards themselves are okay. Bit thinner and more plasticy than I imagined but were cheap, so should've guessed!

Overall a good site for gifts

Ordered an engraved tankard it was delivered damaged. The base looks like it had been pressed. Replacement can't be sent without returning damaged original.
Whether damage happened prior to packaging as box does not seem damaged or caused buy courier I can't telll. The tankard was meant to be presented as a retirment gift so thats been spoiled. Please check your QA before packaging/dispatch and inform your courier that they are not transporting bricks.

Would not hesitate to order again. The items made lovely gifts for our wedding party and were very well received.

I bought pint size glass tankards and had them engraved for the ushers at my wedding. The website is very easy to use and very easy to input what you would like engraved onto the product. They arrived within a week and are of a very high standard, beautifully engraved and came in a very nice presentation box. Will definately use the website again for future gifts. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of Brandy glasses as a retirement gift for a very dear friend. The website asked me for the date that I needed them for and they were delivered 1 week earlier than I requested which was first class service. As I brought this product as a wedding present I was very disappointed when it arrived. The photo album was four days over the 5 day delivery date and when it arrived the album had black dirty marks over it, the corners were bent, the spine was creased and the pages inside were folded over. I was also disappointed by the engraving of the names as it was small and barely readable. Plus the gift bag was creased and dirty.

Overall, not very happy especially for the price I paid.
