Ordering food for my dogs and cats was a very positive experience. My pets, 3 Golden Retrievers and two cats, can require constant trips to the local feed store. Living rural, a quick trip to the feed store is not an option sometimes. My animals eat Nutrisource Dog and Cat food. Purchasing these items from Petsbest saved me over $9.00 a bag! The bags of food came two bags in a box delivered from Fedex. The box was packed well for shipment though it was a little tattered when it arrived, no fault of Petbest, however the dog/cat food bags were not ripped or torn. A very nice experience. I will continue to purchase my pet food from Petbest from this point forward.

I was disappointed with service on this order. Two to five business days turned into 12 days and I received only half of my order. Hopefully, service will improve in the future.

My experience was nothing to brag about. It was simple to order my dogs food and it was shipped fairly quickly. Nothing really to compainabout but nothing to brag about either. I will continue to use Petbest.com as long as they remain the cheapest supplier of my dog's food.

I found Blue Buffalo when my first Dachshund was 1 year old, after trying probably 6 different types of food and even resorting to boiling chicken breasts and brown rice, none of which he would eat! At my wits, end I went to one of the large chain stores and there just happened to be a sales rep. there from Blue Buffalo. I told her my problem and that I was almost ready to pull my hair out, she suggested I try the Blue Buffalo for a week and she would be there the next Saturday, and if I could stop by and let her know what happened. I bought the bag, went home, when feeding time came I became nervous, but excited, poured it in and gave it to the dog. He inhaled it!! I've don't think he even tasted it, he ate it so fast! I had finally found a food that nutritionally surpassed all the rest, and my dog loved it! When I got my new puppy he went on Blue Buffalo puppy food immediately and is now also on the adult! I feel confident in knowing that I am doing the best for my dogs when feeding them Blue Buffalo for their meals!

The enzymatic tooth gel we ordered came quickly, and well packaged. They also had the best price on the product and shipping. Order from these good folks, you'll be glad you did

After using another company for some time, I found better pricing with this one - - and the customer service couldn't be beat. Will definitely use their auto-ship service for products and pet food going forward!

PetBest is a true find for the pet owner. They have a great variety of products, shipping is speedy, and so far I've experienced no problems. A good resource and I will use it frequently.

I received my package on time and in good shape. When I did comparison shopping online, this was the best price I found and I'm glad I gave them a try - they provided really great service. My kitties LOVE the Stella and Chewy's cat treats and they are no longer scratching since I applied their flea meds. All is well in Kitty Paradise!

I LOVE being able to have the food delivered directly to us and so far (after only one order) everything has been great. I would really like to see a discount for volume or coupons every now and then.

The one item that was out of stock arrived exactly when it was expected.

Cat food was very nicely packed; I was told, however, that I would receive a 10% discount on my order because its arrival was so slow; it hasn't been received yet. The Customer Rep. I spoke to was very nice, however.

My shipment was late so they gave me an extra jar of the liv a littles. Very nice and it was appreciated.

We purchased these wonderful "treats" for our dog because they were recommended by our vet. The first order went astray and the package was returned to the warehouse, but the matter was straightened out and we have received our order and our dog is again happy. We started using PetBest.com because our local store no longer carried the product. They were just too good not to find them online.

My order was received in a timely manner. It was packed very well and everything was accurate. I plan to order from them often in the future.

Whether your friends order or you order for yourself, I'm pleased with my 20.00 a bag savings! Pet Best is SO convenient, I can't understand why all people don't use this site.

I placed an order with petbest a few days ago and I was very glad to see my shipment arrive three days later. My kitties were especially excited to open it up and dig in to those treats. Overall it was a good experience.

I recently ordered a hard to find (and expensive) dog food for my chocolate labs and was pleasantly surprised with the organization, price, speed, and efficiency of the transaction!
