Best hairdressers portadown ni
I got my hair done in Northern Ireland portadown. They were very kind and friendly, they made sure to make a good consultation with me and made sure that I felt comfortable with what was going to be done. I got offered a tea or coffee which was amazing. I also got my hair washed and the lady done an amazing job making sure I was happy with the temperature. I got my hair cut to exactly the length I wanted it to be and I got it blowed dryed. I love my new hair and thank you to the lovely ladies in the hair salon 10000% recommended and will definitely come back !!

Super speedy delivery & surprise gifts!
I ordered from the Peter Mark website just before 1pm on Friday. I received my delivery to my door this morning (Saturday) at 9am, I couldn’t believe how speedy the arrival was!
To add to my joy, I opened my parcel to some additional surprises packed inside. Along with what I ordered, I was gifted two mini shampoo and conditioner and there was also a sweet treat Lily O’Brien’s chocolate packed in to my parcel. I couldn’t be happier having ordered from Peter Mark and cannot recommend their online service enough.
Great visit
A lovely wash and back massage together with a head massage - what a lovely treat . Then a great blow dry and chat - perfect way to spend a Friday morning
Bad experience at PM Cornelscourt
I used to have a consistently good experience at my local Peter Mark branch in Cornelscourt but after the last two visits, I will not be returning there. Today I went for a simple trim of a bob that had grown out. It began with a consultation about what I wanted and I made clear that I did not want short layers as they don't work with my thick hair and would prefer it all one length. Stylist convinced me that I needed layers underneath as my hair was quite heavy, but it wouldn't be visible, so I said ok, but starting to feel a bit anxious that I was not being listened to and that she knew best. When the cut was finished, she asked if I wanted some face framing layers to take the weight off the sides of my face and I said ok, if they are long layers, blended in with the rest of my hair. Instead I was given two short blunt-cut chunks either side of my face, like a mis-matched fringe, one side longer than the other, and actually in my face rather than framing it. I was so upset, I couldn't say anything and as she had already debated with me how my hair should be cut, was afraid there was no point complaining as it could end up worse. She called it 'something new' & was very cheery, as if it was fine, so I said nothing at the till. BUT seeing the mess in the mirror driving home, I decided to call and express my dissatisfaction later. Person on the phone claimed that as I had said nothing when paying and seemed 'very happy with my cut' in her opinion (p.s. nobody asked me when I paid if everything was ok and whether I was happy with the service I received) there was nothing she could do. So, no offer to correct the cut or provide a refund. Instead she tried to put the blame back on me for saying nothing at the time.
The previous time I went there, a trainee who was washing my hair poured water all down my back while washing, even after I pointed out to her that the water was going down my back and wetting my clothes. I finally had to stand up and ask for assistance before someone else came to attend to me, while the trainee stood there blankly, but I still left with wet clothes and only the most off-hand apology.
On both occasions, despite arriving on time, I was left waiting for 15 minutes while other people arriving after me were brought straight to their chair. Honestly, I was willing to give Peter Mark a chance and just choose a different branch in future, but after today's phone call, I think it would be better to go elsewhere. Not worth the sheer humiliation of being treated so carelessly and paying for the privilege!
UPDATE: Peter Mark arranged an appointment to correct the haircut and refunded the money I spent.

I visit Peter Marks hair Salon in Dundalk, Co. Louth on a regular basis, which is always a pleasant experience, from the minute I walk in the staff are so friendly and helpful. However, I do have to draw a distinction, one particular hair stylist named LAURA is the WOW factor!! “THE BOMB”!! Laura is not only highly professional and technically skilled, she holds attributes that are very difficult to find. Her work ethic is exceptional from dealing with many clients under pressure while ensuring I still receive the utmost care and attention while in the salon, Laura is the best hair stylist that has ever did my hair, her curly blow dry is amazing, no one can compare, not to mention her helpful advise on colour and styles which are always correct even when I’m nervous. Do not think twice about booking Peter Marks hair salon in Dundalk and don’t forget, ask for Laura, you will not be disappointed! 100 stars🌟
Very disappointing experience Peter mark Killarney
Very disappointing experience. My 9:00 AM appointment was confirmed the evening before, but I received a call at 8:15AM on the day asking to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling only 45 minutes before a confirmed appointment is extremely unprofessional and shows little respect for a customer’s time. As a first-time customer, this created a very poor first impression. I had already arranged my morning around this appointment and expected better service.
Disregard for Customer's Right to Choose
I used to get my hair done in Peter Mark in Grafton street in Dublin until they made me choose the same stylist and colourist at each visit. I refused, believing my free will to choose should be respected. I told the talented stylist I attended regularly, Tatiana, what happened and in response she betrayed my trust by punishing me - barely trimming my hair at all. I wouldn't recommend her or Peter Mark in Grafton street as a result.
In response to Peter Mark's response: You certainly have records of me on your system so stop. If Tatiana didn't want to have her name mentioned in a negative review on Trustpilot then she should have treated me in a respectful and professional manner. Peter Mark is entitled to create whatever policies you like and your customers have every right to feel however they feel about them. Your staff however, have no right to punish customers because of how they feel. You should be taking accountability for what I was subjected to and apologise to me and call Tatiana to order. Instead you try to scapegoat me by blaming my reaction to what she did while Tatiana's behaviour is not only ignored but you even attempt to have all evidence of it removed from this site. And that is exactly why Tatiana behaved as she did! Accountability feels like an attack when you're not willing to take resonsbility for your actions. Do better.

Awful experience in Naas Peter mark
Awful experience in Naas Peter mark. Have written to the customer care team twice with no response . Booked a full head of Balyage cut and blow dry . Quoted €200 online, increased to €256 in store no problem with that needed a toner and treatment. From the minute I got in was my stylist and she had no interest in doing my hair immediately try to talk me into not getting a full head , then done a strand test and told me the colour was coming up in blocks because I had so many other colours in my hair so she wouldnt do it . For reference I have and old blonde at the ends of my hair and the rest is natural colour, is it not her job to tone the colour and make sure its even ? Surely €256 pays for that ? She went on to say she would cut it for me but not colour ? No thanks .. also tried to sell me a semi permanent all over colour on a different day ? Again didnt ask for that I had a specific style in mind !! I booked annual leave to attend that appointment as my hair is long it would have taken atleast 4 hours !! Very obvious she just couldnt be bothered... I went to another salon who booked me in immediately and said no issue with getting the style I wanted , yes the ends of my hair would need to be cut but I had booked into for the in peter mark too and she ignored that . Total ignorance to what the paying customer wanted ! Will never step foot into a peter mark store again honestly don't know how they are still operating..zero stars !
Beware when booking appointment
I rang Peter Mark, Rathfarnham Shopping Centre on 9/2/2026 to book an appointment for my sister on May 23rd. I spoke to a very pleasant girl who confirmed the appointment for 10.30 am that day and took my sister's mobile number. I rang to book a further appointment today and spoke to the rudest girl. She told me it wasn't possible to book an appointment for that date as rosters weren't in place. I explained that I had phoned 2 days previously and had booked an appointment for that date. She took the details and said there was no record of any appointment. I must say her attitude was anything but pleasant and I would certainly be very reluctant to have any further dealings with Peter Mark.

I went to the salon about 2 weeks ago to get a full scalp bleach to get my hair lighter and get rid of my dark roots. And after they were finished my hair was slightly red/orange at the top. I didn’t notice this because of the light inside of the salon as they have warm lights. And I thought it looked nice.i was also told the same the first time I ever came for highlights and I was left with slight pink shades of toner which happened the first time I ever came there and they said it will wash out but that is when I got highlights, it washed out eventually but definitely not the result I wanted. Now after my second appointment I waited 2 days to wash my hair the orange did not wash out.i have waited over a week thinking perhaps It will wash out but it hasn’t. I had multiple people telling me it looks brown and orange at my roots and does not look like anything on what I have asked for. It literally cost me €17 to bleach and dye my hair at home and get it to the colour I wanted. The staff were friendly but definitely didn’t get the result.

My beautiful daughter treated me to a colour and cut with the ever-lovely and talented Lauren at Peter Marks, Grafton Street, today. She has done my hair before and I can't recommend her highly enough. I went in feeling every one of my 59years and bedraggled and came out strutting my stuff down Grafton St. If you want to treat yourself or are thinking of buying a gift for birthdays, buy a voucher and go into my girl Lauren ,between the fab hair ,the added head massage when getting your hair washed, a great atmosphere, you will leave , well I always do, revitalized and fabulous. What people should know about Peter Mark Level 1 Tallaght
I have been going to Peter Mark L1 in Tallaght . The staff are exceptional there. They could not be more helpful and accommodating with appointments. Receptionist, stylist and juniors are very friendly and always have a smile and when you leave you are in great form from the lovely relaxing atmosphere even on really busy days. The condition of my hair is the best it has ever been I have gone to lots of hairdressers in the past including other Peter Marks but would highly recommend Peter Mark L1 for all these reasons and believe they deserve a positive recommendation.
Dundalk Peter marks
Dundalk Peter marks. Absolute disgrace , I had got a voucher for my birthday €150 , I went in for a consultation and patch test I’m blonde and they told me that they couldn’t do highlights because they didn’t do my last set and if there was breakage it would be their fault that they could only do a root touch up or an all over colour of brown. 2 hairdressers where doing the consultation so they basically convinced me to go brunette they did the patch test and quoted me €250 . I left feeling like I didn’t have a choice and when I got home I thought about it and rang them and said I would prefer to get a blonde root touch up . The girl I was speaking to wasn’t either of the girls that did the consultation so she had no problem changing it. Then a few days later on the day of my appointment just hours before I was due to go in the hairdresser called me to say that she noticed I changed my mind and wanted blonde and I said yes and she said the only way she can do my hair today is if I go dark , I said in the consultation you mentioned you could do a blonde root touch up and she said yes but you will need to come in for a full treatment before that . I told her il just use my voucher to buy products that I don’t want to go dark and I cancelled my appointment. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. They didn’t even try and come up with a solution. I wouldn’t book this salon it’s completely over priced with poor customer service.

Went to peter mark hair salon today in letterkenny and was met by Tina who gave me a wash, cut and bd, the cut was excellent, some great tips from Tina as I wasn't sure what I wanted but she went above and beyond and I'm so happy with the cut she gave me, indeed all the staff were so nice and helpful I will definitely be going back
