Ordered a golf polo shirt which is an excellent fit plus made out of great fabric 10/10
Delivered within 3days of being ordered which was excellent plus I was able to keep track of my order's progress through DHL

Took ages to post out. Then when I returned for an exchange, took ages to sort out.
Had to keep on emailing to get updates. Confirmed with them I wanted a replacement still and they said it was being dealt with, then refunded me and said they weren’t told about the exchange even though they were told twice and it was on my returns slip.
First time user, never again.
Quality is good, customer service is abysmal.

Fantastic products and customer service is great for returns/exchanges etc. Really nice polos in particular.

The zippers flat out don’t work. I’ve had to replace 3 already

Since 23rd of April I wait for a solution reg my complaint. It seems that no-one wants to take responsibilty. I reg buy from PM but this behaviour is not professional at all. My complaint is about the sole of most of my golf shoes the plastic spikes disappear after a short period. I’ve sent photos but I am told that the shop where I bought the shoe is responsible. Can’t be because this is def a production problem.

We accidentally ordered two of the same size items. Within seconds we attempted to change the order and could not do so.
Trying to call was unsuccessful, as the receiver was not in the office and closed until the following Monday. When we did contact someone we were directed to a company who handles their returns. WHAT a HASSLE!

Very quick service. Lovely quality item. I questioned the postage as did not get code until after but they gave me refund on that nonetheless . Good Company.

I have ordered several item's now from peter Millar and have always been very happy with the quality and feel of the golf attire, delivery is very prompt and when I returned goods that did not fit my refund was swiftly in my bank.

I had a slight delay on my order recently but this was quickly resolved after contacting the concierge. Superb after sales service will encourage me to purchase more from Peter Millar.

I had purchased an item in October last year (8 months ago) and the branded logo was coming off. I contacted the 'concierge' email address about the issue and they responded within the hour and have resolved the issue and dispatched a replacement within the same day. I am delighted with their level of service and would highly recommend the brand.

Free express delivery is a joke! So far, if all goes well, my $250+ layer coat will be delivered in 2 and 1/2 weeks. With no customer appeasement for miscommunication. When they offer a replacement order, they said they would expedite (another week). All of this for shipping inside the continental US.

Considering ordering from another vendor and returning this order (and NEVER purchasing from them EVER again).

the customer service is very good and informative , they handled one of the order refund process on time without any postponement .

Brilliant customer service from Cheris. Had an issue with a garment I purchased, no quibble replacement sorted out within the hour. Customer service is what makes the difference.....great effort in this regard from Cheris.
