I live in the UK and cannot fault the service I received. My items were delivered earlier than expected. The quality of the clothes is first class and fit well. I returned a couple of tops. Returns are free to post and I just dropped them at my local Co-op. My refund was quickly processed. Cannot fault Peter Millar at all!

Great service arrived quickly all packed very well. Such a pleasure to open. First class golf clothes. I love them and always a very good sale. Had to send one top back but only because too long for me. That would be my only criticism please make some petite sizes.

I had to send back a couple of shirts as too big.Dropped them of at the DPD collection shop and within a week I received an e mail stating that all was in order and my debit card would be credited within 3 to 5 days.

Nice clothes but it’s looking like 3 weeks to get my refund - unlike the immediate debit from my own account when I buy. Poor comms and poor service in this regard.
The return process needs to improve
The return process needs to improve. They give you a free return label with DPD which is great as they receive the return quickly. 10 days later and several emails still no refund. Had to phone in the end and just get the usual response of we are busier than normal. This happens all the time and I buy a lot of Peter Millar goods. If others can provide good service so can PM. Sort it out.

my whole experience today was very disappointing sent back goods over two weeks ago and didn'tget credit for them after a lot of time being pushed off with different people even DPD your delivery people I get somebody who tells me it had got lost in his trey and would get credit arranged
Concierge is LACKING
Product is great; customer service or “concierge” is not great. I had to return items to take advantage of a change in the sale price (30% to 50% off which is a big change in 3 days). Mind you that change to the sale price happened BEFORE I even received my product. I emailed and emailed with NO answer until after I went through the hassle of returning and repurchasing. Then all of a sudden Deana responds right away.
Now I’ve sent back the product, they received it 8 days ago, and I’ve emailed 3 times for my refund with no response.
You’re a brand that sells high end golf gear and your service is far from matching the product. $100+ polos with cut rate service. It’s not a concierge.
Please refund my money.
