Telluslide sneakers were supposedly UK8.5 but I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe. Bad design or wrong sizing in China?
Customer service of very efficient and helpful

Ordered shirt in December not available so ordered another. I notice that the system had auto filled with another post code. Called up and Cheris redirected delivery address. Received the parcel ok. It was for a present for my son in Cheshire. he received it found the size needed to be changed and ordered a new one. it was sent to the wrong postal code somewhere in Frome. Again contacted Cheris and she immediately owned the issue with a result a shirt is on its way to Cheshire.
I was extremely impressed with the response from Cheris and would like to acknowledge her performance - brilliant. Please pass on my thanks to her.
My son is a big fan of Peter Millar's clothing. I think I may well be one as well.

Nice quality products but unfortunately despite staff being polite the admin and delivery side of things aren't great. I ordered via Instagram having seen a post and funds were taken immediately but no acknowledgement of my order until i chased 5 days later and again 2 days after that. I would consider buying again but would use their site directly.

Not only are the products amazing quality fit and feel as well as looking great the customer service team are probably the best experience creators and advocates I have come across - really reflect the brand !!!

Poor Customer Service
My daughter bought me a polo shirt in the 50 percent sale. It never arrived and after a week she emailed them and didn’t receive a reply. She then contacted the customer services department by phone and was told they would look into it. They later said that item was sold out and offered a code for free delivery on any other item which were now back to full price. The code was available to anyone on the website. My daughter complained over the level of service and lack of communication. They replied offering a code for 30 percent discount off one full priced item.
No thanks won’t be back !

I made an order of a new quarter zip which was in the sale so a great price the quilty of the product was great.
The only thing that let's them down is delivery I ordered it and on the 5th day I had to phone up to chase the order I was told that it had not been picked.
To be fair the lady I spoke to went off and sorted it out and it was delivered the next day.
If they could get the delivery sorted out straight away they would have a 5 star.

the website is easy to use, and any queries after purchase are dealt with expeditiously. Great brand.

Excellent service, in particular for handling the return of items that didn’t fit. Response was super quick and they took care of a customs problem far better than I could have expected. Very impressed by their customer relations department.

PM have a refund policy which straight forward and comply with it exactly and keep you informed along the way.

Just tried to buy a gift from Peter Millar to relative in USA from UK address. They do not accept. So do not bother to try. Help line very slow.

Excellent apparel and smooth refund when needed

Have over 70 pieces of Peter millar clothing, golf shirts, sweaters, pants, dress shirts and shoes. Just received navy rain jacket that was 550.00. Jacket is at best a 200 jacket. Terrible. Prices continue to increase and quality is not the priority. Moving on to other brands that don’t take advantage.

It's been a month since I returned items, I received an email from them saying the items have been received by them. A month later $405 still not refunded to my account. Customer care has no idea what is going on.
This company is an overpriced scam.

My wife bought me a pair of PM's slip om type shoes for $200! All my life I've worn size 9 US , These arrived. Could barely put them on, Returned them, a very easy process BTW. Got the size 10. Not too bad after I literally removed the shoe strings. Very overpriced. I would rather have two pairs of Skecher slip-ons . I have never worn a size ten in my life.

I have worn their garments for years and have owned shirts, trowsers and jackets. I have enjoyed them, but my most recent purchase, a burgundy and white striped 3-button polo was a tremendous disappoint. The burgundy bled all over the shirt and it was washed alone, following the instructions on the garment. The dry cleaners were unable to get the color bleed out, so now I have a useless $95 shirt. Never, ever again. There are too many great clothiers at this price point to make this mistake again.

I ordered multiple trousers to find the right size. Fit was good and they refunded the returns promptly - very happy with the service
