Great service, great choice of products. Ordered a pair of Dali Oberon 5's for a very competitive price. Payment was easy to make online, and the speakers arrived the next day as promised. I would definitely use this audio suppliers again for future purchases.

Following the delivery of an incorrect item, due to a picking error, the customer service from Joe was top class. He swiftly arranged for the correct replacement to be sent out that day, subject to the usual DPD vagueness. Amazingly it arrived and a swap was carried out. Joe was always upbeat, helpful and proactive throughout my email conversation and I find it very easy to recommend Peter Tyson.
Especially if things don't quite go to plan!

Worst on line purchase experience ever ! Ordered -paid for- delivery date confirmed by Tyson's and courier, DPD. Arrived home from holiday to find one loudspeaker delivered . Left on my drive in full public view. No sign of the other speaker. All the above nonsense a full two days before delivery was supposed to take place. Unable to call Tysons just directed to email them. Order cancelled due to woeful experience. If you can't what you want just ensure you pay by credit card. I'm simply struggling to find how I could describe this totally crap service. I was prepared just to move on as I had sourced my loudspeakers from elsewhere at a better price as it happens but if they are stupid enough to request a review I'm more than happy to supply one.

I purchased an amplifier, speakers and a music streamer. All arrived on time and had a fantastic support from the team. When I faced technical challenges they called me and resolved everything in a professional way. Really happy and can’t recommend them enough.

Purchased a Loewe TV after receiving excellent technical advice and guidance from Gary. During the home installation, I realised this premium TV didn't suit the location in my home. The next day, I returned to Peter Tyson, where Dan handled a hassle-free exchange and offered further clarity on the options available. I was given a full exchange for another new TV and even offered refreshments while the replacement was brought out and the paperwork updated. The best service I have ever received. This was my first experience with Peter Tyson, and I'll definitely be back soon.

I recently had to return a projector and switch to a BenQ GP520. Michael from the Customer Service Department went completely above and beyond throughout the entire process! He was incredibly helpful, honest about stock and accessories, and even managed to arrange a generous goodwill gesture for me to ensure my new setup is ready in time for the big match next week. Peter Tyson's customer care is absolutely legendary, and dealing with Michael was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Brilliant experience from start to finish!

I bought a Much Loved av receiver from Peter Tyson and it was delivered next day. It had a small problem and Michael in customer care took the reigns to sort it out for me. It was returned and moneys were put back to my card straight away. Because of the attention given I have just bought a brand new Denon av receiver from them as they totally care for their customers. Its rare now to find a company that has this ethos. Peter Tyson staff in my mind is well worth the 5 stars i have easily given . So thank you again Michael and the team at Peter Tyson.

I bought a £1000 Bang and Olufsen Bluetooth speaker, which didn’t work. I contacted Peter Tyson and they immediately arranged a replacement, which would be exchanged on their next DPD driver’s visit. This happened the next day, and I received the new speaker, which worked perfectly.
This was an exceptionally expedient and satisfactory outcome, which few other companies would match.

I originally had a really poor experience with Peter Tyson, regarding a price match. My review was not great and I think, at the time it was a fair reflection of my experience.
However, Josh took the time to contact me and offer a full and apologetic explanation with regards to the circumstances. At the same time I was also offered a goodwill gesture, which I will not be publicising as that remains between Josh and I.
As a result of the intervention of Josh, I placed my order, which was destined for another retailer and am looking forward to our delivery. Thank you Josh.

A more professional installation i have yet to come across. Pure perfection in every way, nothing was to much trouble for Luke and Roger. Peter Tyson not only provides excellent quality products but the after sales is also exceptional. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a cooker hood from Peter Tyson Electrical and the service was excellent from start to finish. The first unit arrived the very next day, which was already impressive, considering I’m located on the Isle of Wight but unfortunately it had a factory defect.

I contacted their customer service and they responded immediately, sending out a replacement straight away with no hassle at all. Considering they’re a smaller business, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled everything.
