I transported two cats from Mumbai to London via Paris, and used PetMoves to assist with the transport.

Barry and his son Edward were amazingly helpful along each step of that journey. Edward made us feel extremely welcome after a long journey, and everything went through without any hiccups.

Highly recommendable. The best way to bring your cats from USA to UK. Since minute one we found problems to bring our loved pets to UK. Paperwork was confusing, we did not want to put them in the cargo, and there were constant delays in our flights. It would have been impossible to do without pet moves help. Barry and Edward have been really helpful through the whole process. They guided us step by step on how to get all of our documents ready to enter UK. After we landed in Paris, Edward drove us to London. Nice and quick trip. Our little cats spent the whole time sleeping in the car. Fantastic experience. Travelling abroad with cats is never easy but Pet Moves helps in making it possible.

Pet Moves made travelling from NYC to the U.K. so much easier! Moving abroad is always an ordeal but even more so when travelling with a pup. My dog, Belle, is a 12 1/2 year old 7lb Yorkie and the idea of putting her in the hold was a nightmare. I found Pet Moves and couldn’t be happier with the service. They made a highly stressful situation so much easier. Reliable, thorough, very flexible and understanding even when I had to change flights. Edward was kind, friendly and made going through pet reception an absolute breeze. Belle was very well taken of the whole time, as was I! Couldn’t recommend more!

This is the second time I have booked the Pet Moves service. I drove back to Italy from London with my 2 cats, as well as I did 2 years ago when I had to move to London for work.Being very attached to my cats and aware of the restriction to bring them in and out the UK, I couldn't have found a better service/solution! Barry, the responsible/creator for the company has driven us from Folkstone to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. It has been again a wonderful service, mostly very easy and very relaxed/relaxing. My cats felt totally at their ease and they enjoyed the 5 hours trip. The plus of the service is that the owner can easily travel together them and you can even stay next to them and, in my case, I got the freedom to have them outside their travel bag , free to have a nap or to walk a bit while driving. We arrived to Paris airport safe, relaxed and without any problem. I recommend greatly to everyone this service, as it is very familiar and very comfortable in all its aspects. Surely it released any stress for my cats and my anxiety for this trip! Thank you. Riccardo

Barry and Edward helped me out when I was left down very badly by another company at the last minute. They were brilliant. The booking and information process was extremely easy and efficient despite the urgency, I was very glad that they let me travel with my cat (subject to appropriate social distancing measures) and the journey went very well. Edward is clearly a natural with animals and my very nervous cat was calm and relaxed during the long drive and afterwards - he was also very pleasant and reassuring to me. I would recommend Petmoves without hesitation.

Friendly efficient service. Barry met me at CDG and transported myself and two large Labradors from Paris to Scotland. The dogs and I were able to travel in comfort and no stress as the dogs didn’t have to stay in their crates and could move around freely while traveling in the mini van. Barry’s knowledge and understanding of the whole process ensured we had the relevant paperwork in place and enabled us to cross from France to Uk without any issues.

Barry and Edward are the absolute best people to look after you and your pet, in what can be a long journey back to the UK, depending on where you are starting from. After using Pet Moves 3 times, I can totally say they are very special, caring people, the original pioneers in providing such a bespoke service, stepping in a much needed and vital part of the journey. Whenever bringing a pet I simply dream of the moment I meet Pet Moves in Paris, and start the last leg of the trip by road in their care.

I had an excellent experience with Pet Moves when bringing my dog to the UK via Paris in February 2020.
Barry was very helpful booking an almost last minute service and quickly sorting out my queries via email. Edward picked us up at CDG airport, helped us at the border checks and made sure everyone was comfortable all the way - the car was really nice and well equipped with doggy belts, bowls and blankets. They have an easy system to arrange the meet up at the airport and are available via whatsapp all the time. The drive was very smooth with perfect breaks tailored to our needs. My dog Minnie was relaxed even after a long flight (we flew from Brazil). Edward was attentive, kind and professional. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you all very much! 🐾💕

We used Pet Moves in late December 2019 to bring our cat from the US to the UK. Barry was really helpful and communicative before the move took place, ensuring we had all of the right documents before we took flight and willing to accommodate our many questions.

The travel was as smooth as can be, from before pick to drop off and everything in between. His son, Edward ended up driving me and was friendly, kind, and informative. Once we got to the border of the tunnel, Edward came into the Pet Check in with me to make sure everything was good to go.

Overall, this was a fantastic service and a great alternative to bring our cat to the UK and avoiding placing her in the cargo.

Marmalade and Pine LOVE PetMoves and their humans do too! Pet Moves was excellent in every way in moving our two cats from New York to London via Paris. The arrangements with Barry were totally stress free and his son Edward, picked us up in Paris and drove us door to door to the London flat without a hitch. We could not recommend them more highly. I recently moved from the US to Uk and brought my little dog with me.

Barry made my experience of moving from Seattle, WA to London, UK with my beloved dog Enzo seem less daunting. Throughout the process, Barry was pleasant to deal with, courteous and highly professional. I would recommend Pet Moves to friends, family and truly to anyone else dealing with getting your pets into the UK - he really did make it a breeze. He is also unquestionably a huge animal lover, and this is someone you want (no, need!) on your international relocation team!

Barry made sure we got to the UK safe and quickly. He helped us survive a significant paperwork issue AT THE BORDER and we got across just an hour or so later. Barry and Pet Moves was incredible. Relocating from Phuket Thailand to London with 2 French Bulldogs was not a small move ! I am so happy that I found Barry to help.
