We ordered a fairly large animal flap as the small "kitty-sized," one we had would not allow a rather portly Jack Russell to pass through.It arrived as promised with installation instructions etc. However, the screws provided with it were too long! First we tried to saw them down but that didn't work, so we then went and purchased some shorter screws but they were too small. We have used the original screws as a temporary measure, but as they protrude quite a long way out they are a potential hazard, so we shall have to have another excursion to the local, hardware store next weekend.

Gentleman unable to admit he'd made a mistake on item numbers on his web site. Told to return item "cheapest way possible". I have never returned something without at least obtaining proof of postage. Returned item at a cost of £4.00 to myself, he would not even refund half of this!! Would not recommend and will never use again.

I always check Petstuffgalore when I want anything for my dogs, fishpond or the birds visiting the garden and I've never been disappointed. Just bought a few things to keep our puppy off the garden (hopefully) and again they came in super quick time.

I bought six tunnel extensions for a cat flap - I shopped around and although I found similarly priced products elsewhere the postage costs were astronomical. Petstuffgalore posted all six for one low fixed charge. I had the goods within 48 hours, they were well packaged and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

Needed product in a very small time dependant window, they were very helpful on the phone and product was delivered exactly when promised. Recommended.

Buying a hiviz coat for our dog we thought we had measured our dog correctly, alas no, it was too large even for our Weimaraner , we posted it back from Scotland on Monday and received the correct size today Friday and all this the third week December. We enclosed a cheque for return postage ( well it was our mistake) Petstuffgalore dealt with our request rapidly and had the decency to return the cheque we had included for return postage. I would have pleasure in buying from this company and would certainly recommend Petstuffgalore.

I'm from Italy and the order arrived in less of a week... very very fast . Products are amazing. My dogs loves Nylon bones and they have a lot of them.
