6 plumbers were approached to quote for our new system boiler and megaflow installation, most were not very helpful or responsive, Richard from Pettifer Plumbing and Heating however came out the same day and quoted the same day. The quote was incredibly competitive and the customer service outclassed everyone else.

Pettifer Plumbing were awarded the project. We were notified the day before via email and Richard and his team were onsite for two days. We cannot fault this project in any way at all. The entire team were polite, friendly and fully trained and experienced in their trade. Needed a new boiler and a couple of small plumbing jobs, Richard came out and was knowledgeable, good and helpful with advice given, quote was also competitive.

I had a really great experience. I didn't have a working boiler for a few weeks, when I contacted Pettifer Plumbing they were extremely helpful and flexible in arranging a time to suit me and my work commitments. Work completed was of a high standard, additional pipes for new radiator was installed, as well as a replacement shower and they left the property neat and tidy. They were competitively priced too and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

We've used Richard and his team in various occasions, from replacing a shower to fixing a butchered pump installation by a different plumber to replacing and completely relocating our boiler.
