I've been using Pettifer for many years now to service our Worcester-Bosch boiler. I've found them to be polite, trustworthy and reliable. And reasonably priced compared to others in the area.

Pettifer Plumbing and Heating installed our new boiler four years ago and have returned every year since to service it. Paperwork arrives quickly via email and the servicing price is good value for money. Very happy to recommend Richard and his team.

Pettifer Plumbing arrived on time and efficiently did the annual boiler service and "trouble-shoot" of my "no hot water" situation.
They did the annual service with efficiency as well as identifying the reason and solution for having no hot water, leaving me with hot water until a permanent repair can be done.
The boiler service certification and estimate for the further repairs was emailed to be the next day.
All in all very satisfied with the service received.

When I moved to the area 5 years ago, I had no experience of local tradespeople but knew that Pettifer had installed the new boiler in my house so decided to go ahead & have them service it, & haven’t looked back. Richard & his colleague (sorry I don’t know your name) are both polite, friendly & very clean. I’m thinking (only thinking at this moment) of having the bath removed & a walk-in shower in its place, & have no hesitation in wanting Pettifer to do the job.

This company is great. They are very friendly and polite. More importantly they are extremely efficient and always keep you posted if they are running late. They did a boiler service and also identified the problem immediately with our unvented water cylinder which was overheating. Would not hesitate in recommending Pettifers and would not use anyone else.

I cannot praise Pettifer Plumbing and Heating enough. I have been using them for many years for repairs, service/gas safety certificates and have always been very impressed.
Recently I have had new boilers installed and have been extremely happy with the entire service from start to finish.
The admin team are exceptionally well-organised, pleasant and very communicative and responsive.
The advice about which boiler to pick was very useful and there was no pushy sales talk, it was all about responding helpfully to my specific needs. The new boilers were fitted with incredible efficiency and care, using high-quality skills and resources and in-depth expertise.
They had very high standards and did not leave until I was completely satisfied and they had cleared up everywhere. They ensured all the paperwork and registration processes were completed to meet legal requirements. They also made sure I was able to use the related app, and explained everything to me clearly and respectfully.

Quick and friendly service.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Came across them by chance through Worcester Bosch website of recommended plumbers. Admin team were very helpful and responsive. Richard and his team were friendly and knowledgeable and came out to give us a very competitive quote. Once agreed we were booked in quickly for the work to be completed. They estimated 2 days work but worked extremely hard with barely a break and completed the work just under half a day early. Were very tidy and efficient. Will use for future work.
