Good value but has some issues
My dogs really enjoy the treats and toys we get in our mini box. It’s a good value for the price. One of my issues is the shipping. It take almost two weeks from the time it leaves the facility before it gets delivered. My other issue is that I’ve gotten two boxes now and I got the same item two months in a row.

Pet Treater is by far the best!
Pet Treater is definitely the best pet box I've found for my kitties! It's the least expensive box and comes with high quality items! I've gotten 2 months so far, and I've gotten organic cat nip, high quality toys, grain free treats, a scratch mat, and more! My cats absolutely love it, and so do I!

We signed up for A Pet Treater Deluxe Subscription box the week we brought our Golden Doodle home. So far we have received two boxes and he just loves them. The toys are great but he loves the treats the most! Dumplin loves unboxing day and I love how excited he gets to open his box.

Fun Toys
I have gotten 2 boxes so far and they are awesome! 2 of my cats consistently liked the treats (the third is picky). They're healthier treats than I usually give them so it's great to get them to expand their tastes. I do get an adorable bandana every month but we don't get much use out of it. I can get my cat to wear it for a picture but she's not too thrilled about it. The toys have been a HUGE hit! This month we got a pink dragonfly string toy that moves in a way that my cats love. Sometimes the toys seem a little flimsy but we haven't had one break yet. I also like how the box is only 15$ a month. That's an amount I barely even notice, as opposed to most subscription boxes that can be upwards of 50$ a month. I think this box is extremely worth it for the enjoyment my cats and I get out of it.

Best Subscription Box For Your Furry Friend
This is by far the best pet subscription box I’ve ever received. My cat, Mashed Potatoes, loves everything he receives in his monthly box. Everything is great quality and he can never get enough of those tasty treats!

Great company with an affordable box that I can treat my pup to! Only downside for me was that I never got my dog subscription for May. It got lost in the shipping part. So I contacted the company and they sent out another one and I still have not received it :(

Great Subscription!
Much more affordable than other big brand boxes! This is something I can do to treat my pup while supporting small businesses. Customer service is great and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy! You won’t be disappointed with this subscription!

I was so excited to get our first box and was so happy to see that the people at Pet Treater paid attention to the things I wrote in each of my pets bios, and really packed the box based on my pets. LOVE IT
Pet Treater is amazing! My pup Dyson and I always look forward to our box every month! And it’s so Fairly priced and affordable. My dog is obsessed with all the treats he has received and they are very high quality. My dog has a sensitive stomach but no diarrhea with these treats! And the themes are so much fun. My dog snuggles with all his toys. I’m so happy I found pet treater!

Bang for your buck
We really enjoy that pet treater is affordable, provides accesories and a gift for the owner. You really do get the most bang for your buck! The only thing I wish you could change is to have an option to get 2 bandanas so my boys could have both have matching ones.

We find that many people get 2 or more subscriptions if they have more than one fur baby and this seems to help ensure they get enough to go around.

So far so good.
I wish the toys were a little tougher but I really like having the all toy option! We have corgis so a lot of treats puts on the pounds quickly.
The price is so much better than any of the other pet subscriptions and I feel like the packaging is a lot less wasteful.

We have found that the more they play and tear them up the more they seem to enjoy them, but we definitely try to add variety for our doggies to give a little more life to the toys. I love this box
I love this box. My cat gets to see different types of toys and try new treats. I never have to worry about buying toys I have so many now. My only problem is that shipping takes like 2-3 weeks. I also think that if I started this box before covid-19 shipping wouldn't take so long. But I recommend this box.

We LOVE Pet Treater! I did a lot of research before choosing a subscription box for our dogs based on price and what comes in the box. Pet Treater by far gives you the most for your money. I have a lab/pit mix named Maggie and a chihuahua named Ellie who love the boxes we get! They have loved every toy and treat that has come in the box. I am thinking about getting one for our cats as well! They are great and so fun!

Worst experience ive EVER had with ANY…
Worst experience ive EVER had with ANY subscription box. Ive been with pet treater for 4 month now, and ive had a problem EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I was charged for my first box around the 15th of the month, and as i patiently awaited the box for our pups, we were charged again on the 1st of the month. i understand this is how it works, but it kinda sucks to be charged for a second box, when i dont even have the first one yet. in total, it took the first box 3 weeks to arrive. then 2 more weeks go by, and no second box, then another week goes by, and im about to get charged for the third box, and i still dont have the second box! even tho its been 4 weeks. so i get charged for the third box, and it turns out the second box was sent back to the company, because my address was wrong. I had not even logged into my account at this point for anything other than tracking info, yet somehow my address on the account got changed. I reached out to customer service, and they blamed it on ME, and said i somehow changed it on my end. I am very proficient with computers, and i did not "accidentally" change my address, when i have to go through like 4 different screens just to even get to that page. they ended up just sending another box, which meant 3 more weeks of waiting, which made it a total of 6 weeks that i waited for my second box. so now im STILL waiting on my third box. This is week 5, and according to the tracking, its been sitting in a facility 2 hours north of me, for the past 2 weeks. this was the last straw. i reached out to customer service and requested that my account be cancelled before im billed for the fourth box. they took a week to reply, and i have now been charged for a fourth box, and still dont have a third box. Everytime i reach out to customer service, they reply with a a different variation of an autoreply message, and its gotten me nowhere. reaching customer service is impossible, and they dont seem to care about the customer at all once you reach them.. all they care about is taking your money for their subpar products. Dont waste your time. Try a different pup box. I had Bark Box for a 12 month subscription, and not once did i ever need to contact customer service because they were always on their ish. I have now subscribed to the super chewer box from bark box, and am absolutely loving it, and havent had any issues with them at all either. Bark box likes to email me and ask me how the box is going and how my pup liked the products, but treater has NEVER shown personal interest in their customer.
TLDR:
This company will take your money and not give a hoot about you.. Save your money and go to Bark Box!

I'm not exactly sure how we typed in your address wrong, forgive me, not all systems are perfect, and like any business out there, we make mistakes, but addresses are automatically ported directly into the shipping system and a label gets printed. We also noticed, you put the same address (the incorrect one) into your billing address as well. But I did notice that when you brought that up to our support team, we corrected it immediately, and the next box went out fine.
Lastly, I completely understand your frustration with the delivery latency you experienced. I would be equally as upset if I was truly counting on something that would make me and my dog incredibly happy. Unfortunately, there's a world-wide pandemic going on and shipping carriers, businesses, especially small businesses like ours, are extremely stressed in all areas regarding logistics and supply-chain. For that, I am truly sorry we could not meet your expectations. I wish we could have given you the 5-star experience you deserve and expected. All we can do is ship when we say we will and hand off the rest of the delivery to the postal carriers.
I am truly sorry that Pet Treater was not the pet subscription box for you and your dog and I hope you love your Super Chewer box. That is another excellent choice for pet owners too. :)
