FRAUDULENT
This is my second review on this company. I bought off a website that shipped from Asia and this company lost the parcel. This time I bought from another company based in the US and THEY LOST THE PARCEL AGAIN!!

Worst courier in business
This company has no phone number, and does not respond to queries raised on their website contact page. My parcel shows as "collected" a week ago, with scheduled delivery date passed more than 3 days, and there has been no update or communication from them as to status. Stay away.
Held in depot UNNECESSARILY LONG time
Urgent item was sent using this company. Despite this knowledge they have had it held at their depot for 9 days without it moving.
Their contact is a webform. No phone number options, no live chat, but a webform like we used to use back in 2009 before modernisation occurred across the entire internet.
If you are going to be an unreliable service provider, at least give us an option to contact you directly to get someone to look under the tarp in the back corner or WHEREVER you have left and forgotten my URGENT parcel.
As it stands, with an anticipated delivery 5 days ago (according to their own website), if not delivered on Monday, I will have to return the item and purchase a similar item locally (if I can even source one) because the job will be complete and the item hasn't arrived.

Tracking shows on board for delivery @8:45 at Welshpool depot , knew if I went to shops for 10 minutes I would miss it. Been working in garage all day now 5:15 still not delivered. 4 kilometres from depot to me 🙄 guess it’s not coming today after all.

I came on here & was surprised about the negative feedback. I've now had PFL (Not by choice but by seller) deliver my parcels 3 times over 4 years & all turned up. Yes maybe alittle late by afew days, worst case a week, but in general always received items & left in safe place with no damage.

If I could give less stars I would. Product was said to be left in a safe place. It was left out in the open and visible to passer-by's and stolen. Thanks - it’s taken close to 2 months to get the sender to respond and finally send a replacement product as a result of a consumer affairs complaint only for it to be left out in the open and stolen. Now I am out of pocket and have no redress. If you are a sender avoid this company.
Unbelievable
Despite having numerous experiences with courier delivery companies (both positive & negative); it is distressing to discover that there are still companies operating that can still surprise with their inefficiency, brazenness and downright arrogance but PFLogistics have managed to do just that. Just yesterday, I received communication from them which advised that a delivery which I had been expecting had been delivered in a safe place. Imagine my dismay when today I received photographic evidence of their "safe" place. Rather than leaving it outside my door, the driver had left it on a communal seating bench in my block of just over 30 units! It comes as no surprise that it had been removed by someone else. It may as well have been left in a park or in the street, neither of which are safe places. Shoddy, unprofessional, with no commitment to customer service, I can only hope that Temu ceases all business associations with this pathetic company.

Freight was put with this company to delver to an Adelaide address, reply was !!! Incorrect address, cannot deliver. Contact the supply company, to chase up the issue, only told go direct to PFL, a complete waste of time, parcel apparently still sitting in their depot. REFUSE TO DELIVER 🥵🥵

I recieved my delayed parcel after a week..l thought the courier lost it or stolen? After l inquired by email, the company stated once they contact the courier they will send the parcel.They were also busy at the depot in melbourne..its quite big. So l patiently waited. Yay! Well they did the right thing and the courier delivered it a week later. Thanks
Parcel not delivered
I ordered 3 different items on ebay on 29th Dec 2025 and still have not received any of the packages coming from Melbourne. It's now 14th January 2026. The only tracking says it left the Depot in Melbourne. There is never any updated tracking from this courier, If you could call them a Delivery service. They are the worst service ever and need to be shut down.

PFL Logistics provides Absolutely No Service Whatsoever.
I have not received a parcel that was supposedly delivered by PFLogistics and left in a safe place.
I tracked my parcel via their website, and according to their Tracking History it had been delivered to my Suburb.
On their Contact Page I fill in all the boxes they require including the Tracking number.
After pushing the Submit button I receive the message..."Wrong tracking number. Please check the number is correct and the parcel is being sent using PFL”.
The "Tracking number" worked very well in providing the Delivery History of my parcel on their own website. And then on their Contact page they say that the Tracking Number is wrong!!!!
There is no person to talk to, to resolve the issue I have. They do not answer their phones, there is no email address, except via their contact page.
1 Star is too much to give PFL Logistics!!!

I too have a lost a parcel with this company! My parcel arrived in my local city to their sorting hub 11 days ago and has not been seen since!!!! This company should be investigated as it it not fair that so many peoples parcels are being lost!

Possibly the worst Courier Service EVER. We had 4 packages just disappear in 2 weeks. They advised the sender, unable to be delivered and the package is gone forever. We are a business open from 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri and every other Courier company delivers to us without issue. We will no longer buy from Suppliers who use this company.
Driver treats my parcel as rubbish
Absolutely disgusted. Parcel was left on top of a debri rubbish load in my driveway (I’ve been gardening) because their lazy driver couldn’t be bothered to walk a further 10 steps to leave it safely by my door. On top of that, they also left my neighbour’s parcel on that tip clearly figuring that I would do the work for them and deliver to my neighbour. The lack of respect and care shown is astounding.
I won’t be making any future purchases online using this courier company. I can’t even locate an email nor phone number for PFL (Parcel Freight Logistics) via their website to make a complaint about their driver today.
