Non existent customer service. I have emailed 4 times, tried Instagram and Facebook with no response. A product advertised to take 2-3 days tracked postage has now taken 18 days with no explanation. Avoid this company if you want something in a rush or even at a decent time. I've asked for a refund but no response.

Non existent customer service. They send automatic emails signed off by different people but those people don't exist. They have no presence on LinkedIn and there is just one director who obviously is having problems.
I have emailed and messaged many times for an update about the mat.
If I'd known I wouldn't have bought. It was recommended by a yoga teacher but she bought hers a while ago. Not sure what has happened as they also started using fulfilment crowd in July (according to a blog) so perhaps this has gone wrong. Please just answer messages otherwise I'll claim my money back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
My wife purchased a Yoga Mat from this company and it arrived in good time. She was disappointed with it and didn't do as advertised as her hands were slipping. Contacted customer services for a return which they responded and detailed the return process. Had to pay return postage even though product was faulty but for a couple of pounds it wasn't worth arguing over. Posted item back had confirmation of delivery by courier but no refund. It's over two months now without response from customer service or refund issued. I have contacted trading standards to resolve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs!!
Faulty mat and non-existant customer service
I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company. I bought the The TerraGrip™ Mat and was really disappointed to find that after a few weeks my hands were slipping on the surface! I contacted Pharamond Life Customer Service for support and have had no response whatsoever, despite messaging again to check on my query after a couple of weeks and a month. It has now been 7 weeks since I contacted them and I can only conclude that they are intentionally ignoring my query. Very disappointing for an expensive, supposedly high-end product.
Bad customer service, matt has not arrived yet!!!
I'm super disappointed as my yoga matt has still not arrived and it's been over a week. I even paid for express delivery... Emailed customer service multiple times but no answer which is concerning... An update would be very appreciated!! Please improve your deliveries and customer support.

You might as well throw your money down the bin. I ordered my mat more than 1 month ago but it still hasn't been received. Nobody will reply to my emails. The worst experience in my life.
No reply to my emails. Very disappointed.
I have an issue with a new mat I purchased. I have sent 2 emails and as of yet have received no response. I'm assuming they will come back to me and say I am out of the 30 days return. I sent the first email within a day or two of receiving my mat. Very disappointed that no-one has come back to me as I only want to exchange it for another one.
Mat arrived 3.5 week later
Mat arrived 3.5 week later, no one ever responded on my many emails to the customer service. When my mat arrived it was wet, because the lit of the box wasn’t there and the delivery guy delivered it on the doorstep while it was raining.
I might love their mat, but due to the way they never responded and how they do their customer service I would not order with them any more
Zero customer service
I contacted the company multiple times for an update on my order which took weeks to arrive. They never bothered to reply. I think the parcel was finally shipped after I told them I would raise an issue with my bank. Truly awful and such a shame as I will never purchase from them or recommend them again.
Just be patient
It did take just under a month to arrive and I didn't get response from customer contact email , however I have it now and I am happy with , my friend recommended this company as the prices are good for the products and hers arrived within days , think it maybe about colour availability? I am happy with my Matt and it was packaged lovely ! Be good for a gift

Ordered a Yoga Mat a month ago - money taken immediately. Since then, no dispatch email, no tracking emails, no contact, no mat and no response to my multiple emails
Worst customer service contact, no mat received and nobody responding on my emails.
I ordered my mat 3 weeks ago, I still haven’t received my mat and nobody is responding on the emails I’m sending them. It’s ridiculous that they only provide an email adres for contact and not even have the audacity to respond. I will never order here again, and I’m also going to claim my money back.
Buyers beware
Update - just as soon as this review was published I got an email to say that the mat was on its way. It arrived 2 days later and I’m happy with it but they should have emailed me or answered my email to explain late dispatch.
My order hasn’t arrived. I ordered it on the 18th July and it cost £49 with free shipping. I have emailed to ask about it and 2 emails have been ignored and there is no phone number for this company. Beware of ordering from here.

Good quality all round
My Yoga mat appears good quality, nice colour and packaging was great arriving in a good solid tube and wrapped in tissue paper. Good quality all round.

I purchased an expensive yoga mat and it has completely disfigured, the rubber is bubbling. I cant reach anyone at the company. No phone number. I sent 4 emails not a single response. Stay away
