I love my new mat so much so that I recommend it to one of my yoga students. Best mat I have ever had for grip and movement. I know that my student also likes the placement marks. Great job.

I never received my order. I asked the customer service team for help and they said it would take at least 3-5 days for them to even get a response. I'm very disappointed.

30/05/23 update: Pharamond Life customer service are no longer responding to my emails. I requested a cancellation of my order and refund but they haven't replied. I would give them zero stars if possible. They are not a reliable company.

Perfect service from start to finish. My mat was easy to order and arrived on time and well packaged. Great communication from Pharamond Life. Fab mat, I find the asana align system really helpful as I'm new to Yoga and it helps with positioning. I highly recommend them 👍

Mat is soft and non-slippery.
Moreover, the customer service was helpful during awaiting an order as I typed wrong my email address and did not receive an order confirmation.

Take the money and run. Order and received a good yoga matt, then it started to de laminate after light use. Sent in a help request, nothing , sent again nothing. The advert emails also stopped. Considering a credit card charge reversal as they refuse to offer any reply or support of any sort to a defective product, shame

I ordered a yoga mat in mid-December 2022 as a Xmas gift. I followed up a number of times only to be told it was out of stock. Disappointed I wasn’t advised if this at time of ordering. Finally in March I received advice it had been shipped. 3 weeks later I checked tracking and it was still at the depot. I followed up again to be told it was lost. Has now been reshipped.

My concern is that I had to constantly follow up and the company did not proactively keep me updated on the supply issues. I would have preferred to cancel my order, but I do like the mats so I opted to reorder.

This is the best Yoga mat I have ever used. Grips the feet so no collapsing in an embarrassing heap and the alignment lines promote correct and elegant asanas. If you are used to a thicker mat, don't worry. The material cushions well (I use my mat in a park) without being squishy. Mat comes in a range of beautiful colours. Overall, the ultiMATe mat!

Good quality product, exactly what I was searching for! Very good non slip mat.

Product is great but the experience was less that great.
Waited four months for my item and there was no communication from company unless I initiated it to ask for updates. The emails were polite but the overall service was much poorer that I had expected.
There was no offer of compensation to help buffer the wait. The ordered. Colour never did appear, after assurances that it would and after 4 months I had to make a different choice!
I understand that we are living in a changing world but I think there could be improvements made.

The yoga mat arrived April
I ordered as a Christmas. I don't think it would have ever arrived if I hadn't kept emailing. There has been no apology for the excessive delay.

Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Good quality yoga mat and bag, markings are great for correct alignment in poses.

Delivery time was supposed to be 2/3 working days. Well after nearly 3wks had passed I emailed my concerns and was told the Delivery company had misplaced it! After another wk I still hadn't heard anything, so emailed again, and was told that they "had found it already" two days later I had an email from the Delivery company saying. We have just received your package and it will be out Delivery in a couple of days. So I don't know? It took 4 wks to arrive. And to be honest it wasn't worth the wait, it looks a nice mat but not very grippy when wet (sweaty).

There’s no invoice or instructions with my goods sent. I’ve sent several emails as I would like to send it back and no one is getting back to me. So please can you sort it!!

Over the course of the last few years, I have purchased a few items - Yoga Mat, Yoga Blocks, Acupressure Mat & Pillow, and most recently, a Tibetan Singing Bowl.
The service has always been amazing and delivery very fast. Some excellent communication regarding care for my mat and how to get further help should I need it.
Items are good quality and my mat has lasted well, with no sign of needing replacing yet (about 18months of use so far).
The Tibetan Singing Bowl is cool. I have tried it a few times along with breathing exercises. It appears well made and I love the design around the outside and middle of the bowl.
And to top it off - they support planting trees for every purchase.
